Monthly Rentals in San Juan

Kitty Kubo is very cute and the garden is beautiful. And so close to the beach!

I’m almost afraid to write this glowing review because it’ll be probably hard to rebook Monica’s beautiful, kitschy space again. I love the functional intuitiveness of the space, serving and meeting all our needs for our stay in San Juan. (Cool drinking water waiting for us in the ref, check!) Everything was clean and ready for our stay. Our check-in was flexible, as we had arrived late into town. The airbnb is strategically located, close enough to walk to restaurants and yet private enough in case you need a breather from the bustle of the scene. And Monica is the hostess with the mostest: her responsiveness and accommodation is most appreciated, her local recommendations are spot on, and her friendly staff an extension of her presence.

Staying in Ana’s Penthouse was a truly unforgettable experience. The views were breathtaking, stunning views of the beach/ocean, SurfTown was great too. My husband and my step daughter enjoyed surfing first thing in the morning (we stayed for 4days/3nights).. perfect for a relaxing getaway. Staff were very attentive to our needs and they were very friendly and polite. The place was clean and in order, the views from the kitchen were amazing- basic appliances were all there to be used. Ana was accommodating and communicated well with me. Be prepared, the stairs will be your daily workout! We didn’t mind at all- we love it! 😍 thanks, Ana! Highly recommended!

The place was very clean and cozy! Miss Margaret was there to welcome us upon check out and she’s very easy to talk to :) In terms of location, it’s near lang sa beach, souvenir shops, restaurants, and other pasyalan spots. We had a great time staying here, definitely worth booking☺️
