Beachfront holiday rental in San Juan Beach

From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The apartment was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the warm pool, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking. It felt like a peaceful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

The stay exceeded my expectations: the communication with the host was quick and very friendly, the location is unbeatable (close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood) and the house is spotless: clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%!

Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

All in all, a wonderful place to stay. You have absolute peace of mind, as you live secluded on a mountain. In the house itself there is another accommodation, which was not occupied during our visit. Kitchen utensils available, but you have to get everything in terms of spices/oil. The listing says 2 single beds + sofa bed, but it is 1 double bed + sofa bed. It's not really big, but it's totally fine. If you are looking for luxury, this is the wrong place. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place to be. We were there for 5 nights, absolutely recommend it

Beautiful atypical apartment located in the heart of the village on a nice little lively square. Nearby bars and restaurants some frequented by locals which is very friendly (don't hesitate) The ocean 2 steps away with a nice coastal walk and natural pools. Beautiful terrace but with a view of the neighbours, without any particular discomfort. Evenings are quiet despite the terraces. However, there is no need to fear the stairs. Kathy's welcome was perfect and she gave good advice.

From the minute I paid for the booking and my initial contact with Julio, I must say Julio replied quickly & comprehensively to my messages👌 The apartment was perfect for my mother (82years old), she felt safe and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, as well as access to the pool was so easy being on the same floor👌 For me the location was perfect to cycle from, secure area and a perfect base to discover the delights of the south of the island All in all a perfect 5 days for us both- Thank you very much Julio - we’ll be back🤩

We had a great stay. Ideal spot for playa del duque. Loved that we had sun loungers on the balcony with towels provided. No complaints! We would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you!

We were met with a very warm welcome by the hostess when we arrived at this great place situated in a very nice secure apartment community. The apartment itself is exactly as described. The place is spotlessly clean, has been renovated recently and has everything in it you would ever need, a real ‘home from home’. Location is excellent, spar supermarket only 1 minute walk, plenty restaurants and beaches only a few more minutes away. The communal pool was great with many beds always available. The hosts are great, previously mentioned the warm welcome when we arrived and also the communication and flexibility from Miguel throughout has been excellent. Excellent accompaniment and hosts, thank you for our stay, we have already recommended to other family members.

We had the pleasure of staying at Xavier’s little paradise. If you’re looking for a place where you can find peace and be surrounded by beautiful tropical flora, book this place! The house is very comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows, and everything you need to prepare nice meals. Xavier is an excellent and extremely kind host. We’ll definitely book this place again!

An unforgettable experience in this beautiful house with breathtaking views of Los Gigantes. An excellent solution that combines relaxation and tranquility with the possibility of driving to the most beautiful destinations in Tenerife. The house is a dream with a wow view of the ocean and the cliffs of Los Gigantes. The pool, not exclusive, also super popular! Highly recommended!

This place has an amazing view, and It is right in front of the “Los Gigantes” . There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby in walking distance. We experienced some difficulties finding street parking during weekends because host mentioned May is not as busy, so a parking in the building was not provided as indicated in the post. Another item is the shower drain is slow, despite trying to clean all the hairs. At the end of stay (starting 5th day), we do need to stop water a couple of times during each shower to prevent water overflow. If you are coming during peak seasons, pay attentions on these details.

Dear Andrés and Natasha, Thank you for making this dream house by the sea available to guests. For us, the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever had. It's a true gem, beautifully decorated and boasts high rooms with an exciting layout. It is right by the sea and easy to find. The various terraces and window fronts were amazing. For example, we were able to watch our children from the lower seating area in the sun lounger while playing on the beach. All rooms are very inspiring and the constant sound of the waves made us sleep very relaxed. The view from the living room and upper bedroom is unique and very romantic. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Under these circumstances, it wasn't a bad thing that the wifi went down a few times. We had a wonderful week at Playa San Juan in March 2025. The house could not be in a better location and the views are stunning. It’s just a few steps down to the sheltered beach and the house is equipped with chairs and sunshades. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance, and a supermarket about 1 minute away. It also has a bakery. Check in was straight forward and we received a warm welcome and our hosts explained everything to us. Communication was good, in part because we can manage a little Spanish, and also thanks to AU translations. The highlight for us was a boat trip where we enjoyed dolphins cavorting and having plenty of fun. We also hired a moped in the village so that we could easily explore further afield. The house was clean and well maintained. The only slightly negative comment from us is that while there is a reasonable amount of draw space, there is nowhere to hang anything.
