The location was great and the maid in the house was very kind, she helped us whenever we needed. Juan was very communicative and made booking easy.

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

Love the place, super clean, and they have everything we need. the unit owner is very kind, generous & always responsive. unit is very homey, love the bed, and pillows are very comfy. Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

I had a great stay at Laarni’s place! Check-in was super easy, and the host was very responsive throughout the entire process. The home was spotless, smelled great, and had a beautiful interior design that made it feel cozy and inviting. The location was convenient and in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. The place came fully stocked with complimentary towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, everything I needed was already there. What really stood out were the entertainment features. The projector and game consoles were a fantastic bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the value was excellent, and I felt I got more than what I paid for. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ma'am Eunice and Sir Kit were very approachable. They reply fast and accommodate us. The location was near establishments, most especially Cubao Expo, which we really love going to. They provide basic needs like towels, which we did not expect. Complete kitchen, was able to cook. The place was so cozy and homey. Thank you for the great stay!

A great place for staycation. The hotel/condominium itself was very clean and secure. The apartment was very clean when we came and it has everything that we need. The bedroom was great for staying in, or for having a movie marathon. The balcony view was also great. Will visit this place again in the future.

Danica's Pad is a perfect place for a family staycation. With complete amenities and free use of cutlery. A very cozy place to relax and have bond with your fam! The kitchen, comfort room, living room and bedroom was so tidy, clean and cool. It was so enjoyable and fun to stay in a place that feels like home. I recommended this place and will definitely visit again soon. ☺️

I had a great stay. It feels like my own room, and office at the same time. Internet is faster. I’m able to work without interruptions.

Absolutely no issues. The place was clean and spotless. The AC was cold and the shower’s water pressure was strong. Watching TV was an awesome experience with their Govee lights and soundbar. Our pets enjoyed their stay as well. Also appreciated how proactive and responsive the hosts were. We never had to worry about anything as they made sure to give us clear instructions about everything. 10/10

I have been staying for about a week in Mandaluyong, the apartment was very convenient. It has a comfortable space, a good bed and 2 split airconditioning units which you will need in summer. The kitchen has mostly what you need to cook and The mall and supermarkets are nearby. Getting inside is easy and the guards are really nice. The direct neighborhood doesn't offer entertainment but you'll be on a convenient spot with a short ride. I'd stay again.

My stay at Gramercy, hosted by Florencio, was fantastic! Check-in and check-out were seamless and hassle-free. Florencio was incredibly communicative throughout my stay, making everything easy and stress-free. It was a truly great deal for the value. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our short stay in Grace's place. The host was easy to reach, and answered all our inquiries immediately. The caretakers were also very kind and accommodated our requests. The privacy was top-notch, and we really liked the mattresses and pillows in the sleeping area. Overall, the place is very aesthetically pleasing, comfortable, and worth the visit.

The unit is clean & comparing to another unit my friend was occupying mine has a lot of amenities compared to hers. Tina responds right away to my text. I will definitely recommend this unit & if ever go back I will rent the same place.

We had fun staying there. What you see is what you get. The place was clean especially inside the cabin. The fully equipped kitchen was a great help to us. It has complete utensils and cooking equipment. The caretaker and the owner also responded fast to any of our inquiries. Will come back here again! Highly recommended!

I’d love to commend the following: - The whole Airbnb is Air conditioned. - They are very responsive & helpful. - Wifi is fast, TV Apps has subscriptions, and working speakers + microphone. - Squeaky Clean in first floor - Many rooms & has a balcony. - CareTaker is really helpful & knowledgeable (take note, she’s new but will do anything she can to assist) A few downsides that the owner can improve on: - Some linens have visible blood stain - Water is poor (even the pool. It has strong chlorine/zonrox? idk. It will make your hair dry) That’s it. I think if you are looking for a place to stay/chill with your small barkada, I’ll recommend the place! Since it has all that you’ll need. But if you are looking for a resort, and all of you will swim.. You might want to check another bnb. But overall, our stay is enjoyable & unforgettable. The price is actually a great deal! Especially if you are going to consider all the amenities that you’ll get :)

We only stayed 1 night bec we attended a concert at the Ph Arena. Robeley was flexible with our early check in request bec we overestimated the time travel and we had nowhere to go to. The place was so clean, Mary the caretaker was already there to greet us and show us around. Overall, great value for money. We had a restful, relaxing sleep and stay. Thank you!

Probably will go back in this airbnb, the place is great, neat and peaceful. The only problem you will encounter is the insect but it is given because of the surrounding. The host is very accommodating, as well as the caretaker sir Jaime, everything is great, i enjoy my stay here with my partner. Hope to come back soon with my whole family. Thank you!!
