Holiday rentals with a patio in San José del Cabo

We stayed here for a week and loved it! The condo can use a little sprucing up but the views make it worth it. The bed was very comfy. Costco is a quick uber down the block. We stocked up on what we needed for the week and made breakfast to eat on the balcony every morning. The amenities are nice! The condo has everything you need for a little beach day at the private beach. 10 minute uber ride to downtown. We will definitely be coming back here again!

The accommodation is very good, it's small but very nice. What it offers seemed to me to be the best umbrella for the beach, an icebox and 2 chairs. Thank you so much.

The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. We loved that it had a parasol available (it saved us from the sun!), Alexa to control the TV and lights, which made everything more practical and modern. It also had a cooler, which was a super plus. Everything was clean, well cared for and Edith was an excellent host: attentive, kind and always available. We would definitely come back.

This is hands down our best find in Airbnb Mexico! Located at the Zona Hotelera, this place has everything you can ask for and more! We were very happy to stay here and we didn’t drive more than five minutes to get supplies or gas. I highly recommend this place. Perfectly set up for a couple, couples, or a family. The kitchen was well equipped and the BBQ was there for our use if we wanted. All appliances were new and the convenience of a washer and dryer was appreciated. A great getaway spot. It was our first Air BnB experience and we would do it again. All the locals who Suzanne had help us were friendly and accommodating. The complex is well patrolled so we always felt safe. Even on our one rainy day we were able to keep amused with games and puzzles, all available in the condo. It was very quiet. We never heard any noise from neighbours above

The views from this home are absolutely breath taking! The neighborhood is gated & very quiet and having access to a private beach was a huge bonus! You are not within walking distance to bars & restaurants; however, a quick hop in the car and you are few minutes from a large grocery store & only a 10-15 minutes from several nice resorts, downtown San Jose Cabo and the boat marina. Kailey did an excellent job communicating the specifics about the property & suggestions for food & entertainment. If you like a more private setting with your family and friends, I highly suggest this property. We will certainly be booking again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Donna’s condo is definitely a 5 star. Mostly due to the location directly on the beach. Many condos in Los Canos are pretty small. This one is quite spacious. Especially the balcony. The balcony could use some newer comfortable patio furniture. What was there was OK but we just found ourselves wanting to sit on the balcony for longer periods. The Mykonos pools are great. Mama Mias restaurant is a short walk up the beach. If you’re younger than me and adventuresome, the grocery store is close enough to walk to. Keep in mind that a condo is by far less money than an exclusive resort and therefore does not come with 24/7 on call maintenance. If you want an “upscale” beachfront location to chill out at I really don’t think you can do better

I’ve been contemplating for days about what to say to succinctly describe how much I genuinely enjoyed my time at Casa Candelaria. From the initial photos, to the host’s communication, to the warm welcome we received, my anticipation was building and my expectations were high. Well, there are not enough ways for me to explain how much literally everything was exceeded exponentially. This was one of the best weeks of my entire life! Surrounded by palatial properties all throughout the subdivision, this cozy palapa is a refreshing gem of epic proportions. Luxurious finishes, well-appointed, thoughtful touches, and just a 3 minute walk to the beach, I felt more at home here than my own home (which I happen to love very much!). Thank you ladies for creating the most magical experience in a gorgeous location. I genuinely cannot wait to come back!

A house that really conveys peace, perfect for the whole family, the beds are really comfortable! I always look for that kind of bonus and I was delighted! Highly recommended! The house has great spaces and with lots of room for all guest . You can find your own space in the house. Super clean and you can find all necessary to make you feel immediately at home . Jacuzzi and pool are great and very functional , I also recommend use the community pool . You will not be disturbed by the construction behind. The house is in a very nice gate community and security guards are super friendly . A/C, washer , dryer, beds, rooms are functional and comfy , we really enjoy our stay .

The home was stunning, beautiful ocean views, sunrise and sunsets. The home was immaculate. The host, Geraldine was extremely responsive, communicative, and so kind. Her local recommendations were spot on and we thoroughly enjoyed meals prepared by professional cooks each evening. We traveled with 3 children and 4 adults. The layout of the home was perfect for ensuring a bit of privacy between spaces so that everyone had their own space for relaxing and sleeping. The rooms are very spacious, well equipped, decorated, and cared for. This was one of the best vacations that we have ever had. We enjoyed being close to the amenities of the city, but away from the tourists. The neighborhood development was extremely save, well maintained and quiet. The added surprise of the development clubhouse with access to the tide pools, additional swimming pool, hammocks, and fire pits was such a pleasant surprise. Overall wonderful experience and one of our favorite family vacations! Thank you all!

Florenta was an amazing host, she was nice and responsive whenever I had a question. The neighborhood was calm and the Airbnb was nice, clean & cozy. The rooftop has an amazing view. I would recommend staying here and having Florenta as your host :)

Nice home in a private area.

Eric’s place was perfect for my wife and I for the 8 days we were there. We absolutely love the Terrasol resort property! It is very safe and quiet but super close to downtown and all the craziness of Cabo! We are definitely going back many times!

This is my third time staying at these condos, and I never regret it. It's beautiful! The views are absolutely stunning, you can see the majestic rocks of Los Cabos right from the living room. The tennis court and beach access are a huge bonus and one of the many reasons I keep coming back. Costco and a large grocery store are just a five-minute walk away, and the airport is only about 30–40 minutes from here. I will definitely be returning to this place. Plus, they have all the amenities you need to cook and feel right at home.

This was our first time to Cabo and this place over exceeded our expectations!!! We loved absolutely every moment of our stay and plan to come back again each year!! The hosts were fabulous and super communicative! Don’t wait and just book your stay today!! I promise you won’t regret!!!

We enjoyed our 2nd year for a 7 week stay at #1. Engelbert made sure that we had everything we needed including refreshing the bedding and towels when requested. The bonus, drinking water was supplied. The apartment was spacious, clean and no problems were experienced. There were lots of excellent restaurants within walking or use the cheapest Uber rides that we’ve ever used. We love San Jose del Cabo and can’t wait till we can return. Thank you Engelbert.

Good location. Modern and new.

We had a great stay! The apartment was exactly as described. Great view from the balcony. The rooftop amenities were great. Building staff was kind and friendly, we felt very safe. Lots of local restaurants within walking distance and a short uber to the beach. Fernando was wonderful and very helpful! Highly recommend this place!

Great space! We visit with two other couples and had a private chef stop by (Tez) for a kick off dinner. The condo is spacious, but our friends did end up staying elsewhere, using the condo as a hang out spot. The kitchen is well appointed, the AC is cold, and the beds are comfy. We were all obsessed with the outdoor space, which is to die for. I wish I knew - that the master bathroom is an open concept with no privacy to the toilet and that a non Costco very very large grocery store was also very close (walking). No need to grab groceries on your way in, this 24hr store has all of your needs taken care of. The location is close to town with all the crazy! 10/10 we would go back.
