Family-friendly holiday rentals in San José del Cabo

We had a fantastic stay at the Secret Garden. The view was spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed the privacy of the location and being able to listen to the waves crashing at night. Autumn was a wonderful host, very welcoming and attentive to any needs we had!

This was a very nice and relaxing 1 bd condo for a good price in Cabo. The place is a good size with a large balcony with a partial view of the ocean. The use of the pool at the Zoetry property next door is a nice feature, but it was also good to come back to the quiet condo section. The kitchen is okay for simple things; we used it for breakfast and lunch and went out to dinner. Overall a very nice and relaxing place.

The house was beautiful, bigger than we expected. Definitely worth it!! Jorge was very attentive & helpful.

I had an amazing experience staying at this apartment! It was clean, had any amenity you could want or need, and was so close to the beach / downtown area. And the AC works amazing. Would stay again if back in Cabo. Thanks again Conrado!!

Great property - it was exactly what we needed for our family of 5. We appreciated the pool, hot tubs and beach access. Great location for surfing as well!

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. We were in San Jose for a wedding and this place was the perfect location to stay. The villa was perfect and just like the pictures. The view sitting on back porch is outstanding. The view at night seeing the city lights and hearing the waves crash was so peaceful. We really enjoyed the infinity pool at the villas. Had the pool to ourselves and perfect location to watch the golfers. We did pay for option to the beach club and it was very nice. Used Uber to get there and back. It is about a 3/4 mile walk but coming back is all up hill. You can rent a golf cart from an off-site location but Uber was better price. Uber drivers park outside of main gate waiting on calls so we never had to wait long for drivers. We ate most meals in town and about a 10 min drive. Also, place is very safe as you have to go thru 2 security gates to get to villa. If we ever come back to San Jose del Cabo we will definitely stay here.

Our stay at Nicole’s condo at Mykonos was wonderful! Nicole was great at answering my questions and letting me know it would feel like staying at any other resort, no need to bring anything extra. She was right! Everything you’d need at a beach condo was supplied: fully stocked kitchen, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, games, comfortable furniture inside and on the three porches! We loved how quiet the whole resort was and very well maintained. It was in a good location, a quick car ride to downtown San Jose or Cabo San Lucas! There are several beach restaurants in walking distance from the condo, and others just a short drive away. Again, Nicole was a great host, very flexible with our check-in and check-out times and super helpful with suggestions in her house manual. We will definitely be back and would stay in her condo again!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely fantastic—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The views were truly breathtaking and made the experience even more special. The attention from the host was excellent; they were responsive, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

The top floor, end unit had spectacular views of the ocean and beaches and we loved to hear the sound of crashing waves. The studio was spacious and very comfortable with a great deck overlooking the beach and ocean in both directions. The resort had a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The other guests were friendly, as was the staff. The resort restaurant right on the beach with fun nightly entertainment and great food really can’t be beat anywhere around. We have spent a lot of time in San Jose and this place stood out. We will definitely be back. Tawny was super helpful and responsive. Thank you! ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay at Ed’s place at The Misiones. Where to start? The condo is exactly as described, with two bedrooms, each bedroom having their own full bathroom with walk-in shower. The Misiones complex is our favorite. The beach is literally a two minute walk, down the stairs and Fiel semi private. The beach is great for snorkeling, playing in the waves, and enjoy enjoying the view. Ed supplies, beach, chairs, and equipment to make walking to the beach and enjoying. Extremely easy. The pool at Mission is incredible: the staff at the bar are phenomenal, friendly, and very accommodating. The entire complex feels safe, and personal. Guard at the gate helps safety, and is always willing to help with transportation. The view from this place is better than pictured. Photographs can’t capture it fully! We highly recommend a stay at Ed’s place and will be back.

I had the BEST stay here. It was peaceful & the place looked even more beautiful than the photos. There was a stunning view of the beach, it was very peaceful, I alternated between sleeping outside under the stars and sleeping inside with the AC. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful beach vacation. I walked to hotel Ganzo one day (a 5 min walk) and had the most fun at their beach club. Ubers were so cheap and I went to restaurants nearby and downtown for the art walk (highly recommend that too!). One of my favorite vacations & if I’m ever back in Cabo, I would stay here again! Very comfortable, clean space

loved the house. My only problem was all the stairs but that's just because I'm elderly. The back patio and pool was my favorite place.The view was spectacular. The only other problem was the construction going on, but that was beyond your controll. Carlos was very helpful.we all had a great time .

This stay was unique for us in Cabo. We’ve traveled to this area of Baja several times and this listing stands out. First off, the host JoAnn is friendly and communicated quickly. She cares. This apartment is one of 3 units in one home. We had the home to ourselves, so the peaceful and private atmosphere was perfect. The property is loaded with beautiful surroundings like amazing trees and plants making the desert seem lush. You’re on a hillside with a distant view of the ocean where the breeze seems constant. I saw over 10 different types of birds and a few deer made daily appearances. I can say I actually relaxed here floating in the pool staring up at the beautiful canopy of trees listening to the birds sing. The inside was clean, cool, roomy and had everything we needed to cook with and even beach/ pool stuff was supplied. The internet was fast, drinking water is provided and it’s very dog friendly. We will definitely be rebooking this again but will stay longer next time.

Had an amazing time at dael’s place… the place us super close to all the good restaurants and clubs and walmart whatever it is… super close to beach as well the house inside was super clean… just the bbq area was dusty as no one has used it in quite a while… the pool was good as well water temperature was good less clorine as well… but the pool is combined with the diving school so they might have classes there sometimes… wasnt a problem for us as it was a slow season.. i am not sure about the busy season… but dael was responsive there was someone to answer our questions all the time overall had a fun time.. thanks to dael and the rest of the staff.

We had a great week at Lara’s place. We were in the process of moving to the area, and she was very helpful with all the questions we had! The room was exactly what we needed. Not luxurious but very clean and had what we needed to cook simple meals. The bed was huge and SO comfortable!!

We loved our stay in Karly’s place at La Jolla! This was the perfect spot for our first time in Cabo. The condo was exactly as she pictured, perfectly clean, and that view of the ocean was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Having the grill on the patio was awesome! She even supplies pool and beach items! If you go to any of the beaches they charge around $20 or more from what we saw for beach chairs and umbrellas (which aren’t an option with that hot sun in the summer!) and the fact that Karly had those available were a game changer for us! We used them daily! We have nothing but good things to say about our stay! Thanks for the perfect spot for our vacation!

This is a lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was welcoming and helpful. There are one way streets in the neighborhood that my phone navigation did not identify, so pay attention to the signs. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in process was smooth and we were greeted very nicely. Arrived a few hours earlier than check in and were prepared to store bags and hit the pool, but they said our Room #419 was ready. Had one issue on day 2 when we couldn't get hot water. They sent maintenance man right away and seemed like he said it was operator error (I don't speak much Spanish, but you'd think after 58 years I would know how to run a shower - I think he flipped a breaker switch on the way up to our room, LOL)). Seriously... the room was clean, had everything we needed, view was awesome, and hotel staff were very nice and attentive. Did most of our own cooking, but did try couple meals at hotel and food at restaurants was good. Never used wifi - needed to be off the grid a few days anyway.

This is a beautiful top floor condo with a magnificent view of the ocean, just as depicted in the photos. It’s a very comfortable two bedroom condo with really nice common areas and large deck. Jon and Audrey are really nice and helpful with any inquiries. The staff managing the Villa La Estancia is all about customer service . The beach is perfect for long walks. We really loved our 2 week stay!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Becky's wonderful condo in Cabo, and it was nothing short of spectacular. We were greeted by the stunning vista of the patio, and the condo was just steps away from the beach. The location couldn't be more perfect for a peaceful and scenic retreat. The condo boasted all the amenities we could wish for, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed to feel at home. What truly stood out was the tranquil beauty of the property—both the condo and the surrounding grounds were impeccably kept, providing a serene and picturesque environment. This condo is an excellent choice if you're looking for a peaceful escape with direct beach access and top-notch accommodations. We left feeling refreshed and are already looking forward to our next visit!

If you’re reading this, stop and book this Airbnb immediately! This was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had, and the location was unbeatable. The property manager, Robin, was incredibly responsive and made the entire experience seamless. The house itself is stunning, with breathtaking views that made every morning unforgettable—especially the sunrises from the rooftop. The location is just a short Uber ride from Cabo and all the attractions, but honestly, I could have stayed at the house the whole time. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the kitchen had everything my partner needed for cooking. The house was beautifully decorated, and the beds were super comfortable. There’s also a fantastic grocery store called Fresko nearby, as well as a Costco for all your needs. I felt very safe using Uber to get around. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Check in was simple. The butler Karen was always checking on us. The golf cart rental was great to help a family of 5 get around quick. We really loved the villa and working with Charlie!
