Beachfront holiday rental in San José del Cabo

Laura’s place is absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space is beautifully decorated, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches that make all the difference. It’s clear that Laura puts a lot of care into every detail, everything was spotless, well-organized, and stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. On top of that, Laura is an incredible host! She is warm, welcoming, and always available if you need anything. Her attention to detail and hospitality truly set her apart. I highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed! I can’t wait to come back.

The place is very spacious, the two bathrooms were a huge plus, the washing machine and dryer were also a huge plus. the place is well kept and they had everything you need to spend great holidays at the beach. the private parking area really helps if you have a car. I guess the only negative thing I could say, it's a bit loud outside, there's some big factory which runs some really loud machines... but at least closing the windows properly keeps 60% of the sound outside.

Shonas place was a 10/10!! I was very satisfied and her place is just as described. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood. The private beach is just a 10 min walk. She has an umbrella and beach towels for use, which we appreciated very much! The house is very spacious with lots of storage space and very pretty! You can see the Cabo Arch from the upstairs balcony, that was very cool! It’s located about 10-15 from downtown. I would definitely recommend this house!

I’ve been contemplating for days about what to say to succinctly describe how much I genuinely enjoyed my time at Casa Candelaria. From the initial photos, to the host’s communication, to the warm welcome we received, my anticipation was building and my expectations were high. Well, there are not enough ways for me to explain how much literally everything was exceeded exponentially. This was one of the best weeks of my entire life! Surrounded by palatial properties all throughout the subdivision, this cozy palapa is a refreshing gem of epic proportions. Luxurious finishes, well-appointed, thoughtful touches, and just a 3 minute walk to the beach, I felt more at home here than my own home (which I happen to love very much!). Thank you ladies for creating the most magical experience in a gorgeous location. I genuinely cannot wait to come back!

Excellent accommodation right on the beach, easy access, there is a grocery store 50mts away to buy what you need. Dulce and Frida were excellent hosts, there is a dog and two very friendly kittens, they approach if you pet them but if you don't like pets they don't bother you either. On the side is Pescadito Break and Zippers two good restaurants, you can get there from the airport (for $100 Mx) in "The Desert Route" public transport and you get off right in front of the hotel (under the highway bridge). We will definitely be returning to the same place on our next visit.

We had an amazing stay. The porch with the sea view was magical. The house was open and spacious. Great places to grab a bite nearby and close enough to Cabo for a visit but far enough away for peace and quiet. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

We had a great stay at the depto. and we would definitely stay there again. The apartment is as seen in the images and to highlight that it has equipment for the beach (umbrella, sunbeds, refrigerator) which was fundamental for our stay.

This house is amazing! The location is private, secure and absolutely beautiful inside and out! Easy access to the private beach and constant views of the ocean not only from the patio but also from the kitchen, living room, master suite and upstairs balconies. Just minutes from Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. Oh! Did I mention the daily whale watching?! I can’t wait for my next visit to Casa Cortez!

One of the best places I've stayed in. Rosy and Melanie are very friendly and attentive, they were always in touch with me for whatever I needed. In addition, the accommodation is very nice and clean. Definitely recommended!!

We had a fantastic stay at Ronald's place in Cabo! The location is perfect—an easy walk along the beach into town, or just hop in an Uber. Highly recommend chatting with Gavin from Big Brothers for any water activities—we went fishing and landed a massive marlin! Another bonus: the kids' club at the resort next door is free to use (open 10am–1pm and 2–4pm), which was great for our little ones. The gym is well-equipped with dumbbells up to 80 lbs, plus a sauna, steam room, and spa facilities. No Olympic bars, but everything else you’d need for a solid workout. Overall, a great spot with everything you need for a fun and relaxing trip!

What a beautiful week in San Jose! Beautiful Property and amazing views! Place was exactly as described and very clean! Host was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend to others.

We were a very comfortable and quiet week, the beach 5 mins walking is super to take small children as there are almost no waves and it is practically private on the days we went there were very few people, the kitchen is fully equipped and the Super quiet area to go for a walk in the mornings we will definitely return.

Matta's place was beautiful, spacious and great for families. Our three young children could not get enough of the pool and hot tub, which were both very well maintained. Gorgeous views and just a short trek to an amazing beach. Maria was very responsive and had excellent local suggestions. Highly recommend.

The condo is located in one of the most desirable communities of Los Cabos. My husband and I found the condo to be very private, clean & comfortable. The view of the Sea of Cortez is amazing from the very large, beautifully appointed patio. The location is ideal conveniently located near shopping and wonderful restaurants. We chose not to rent a car. The beach is an easy ten minute walk. Uber was used when needed and was very affordable and convenient. Pedro was exceptional to work with. We had such a wonderful time at the condo. The balcony and pool were definitely the highlight. Watching surfers, and whales from the balcony and pool chairs was so fun. We also enjoyed coffee on the balcony while we watched the sunrise each morning. The beds were super comfortable and the place is pretty well stocked with the essentials. Moises was very helpful with the check in process and stocking groceries. Made our stay very relaxing. The only negative was the loud music from under the bridge near by. There were parties on the weekend with extremely loud music late into the night on Saturday and Sunday. Otherwise, I would highly recommend staying here!

Stayed here with my family of 7 comfortably. We have a toddler and there was so much space for them to move around. We had a amazing chef that they recommended to come and cook for us. We had a amazing view on our patio. The pool was also so much and clean. My toddler was running around barefoot the whole stay and his feet were so clean. Felt so super safe around our gated community. Always security to help you out if you were lost. Close by stores and beaches. Can’t wait to stay again.

Super beautiful place, inside and out. There were so many whales it was genuinely shocking. And they get so close! The pools onsite are bathtub-warm, the service is incredible, and the food was delicious. They did a cultural buffet with performances every night, featuring a different country each night. They were super responsive with all of my questions and requests. Five star rating for their five star service! I hope to come back soon!! Thank you for a heavenly trip!!!!

Juan was an excellent host. He was in constant communication with me and clearly set expectations. The unit itself was beautifully updated and very comfortable. We have stayed at Villa la Estancia many times and come back because we love it so much. Out of all the units we've stayed in, this was my favorite. How can you complain with views of the sea and the arches? Something that stood out was how comfortable the beds were. We would definitely like to return to this condo. Thank you for having us!

Amazing location. Host was awesome and the roof top patio is a great place to hangout and take in the city lights or a morning coffee. When we come back I will definitely look for this place again.

My partner and I stayed at the villa for a week and had the most amazing holiday. The apartment had everything we needed; blender, beach towels, beach chairs, shampoo etc The view from the balcony is spectacular and we very much enjoyed watching the surfers throughout the day. San Jose town is only a 10-15 minute Uber away and there are a few great restaurants walking distance. Everyone in the complex was incredibly friendly and helpful, we hope to return next year!

Marco was a great host. The place was very clean, beautiful and matched all the pictures. We had easy access to the pool and to the restaurant Sunset Mona Lisa. The sunsets were gorgeous. There is a small walkable beach which is in a cove. It’s very swimmable and the water is clear and warm. Our visit was too short. Hope to be back.
