We couldn't have asked for a better place, the location was very private and the house was really clean, and super cute. I feel like the pictures don't do justice to how bright, and homey the house is. Maybe it's because my favourite colour is green and it was everywhere. I initially made the mistake of only booking for 1 person instead of 4, when I reached out to Ryan he responded within minutes letting me know there was no need to cancel; the reservation, because he would make the changes for me. Every time I communicated with him he was extremely responsive and explained things thoroughly, I never felt like he was annoyed of my questions. He also doesn't have ridiculous rules like "make all the beds, wash all the clothes" I'm on vacation and the last thing I want to do is clean like I'm a home. He has reasonable request like taking out the trash, and putting the dishes on the dishwasher. (if you can't do this, I don't know what to tell you ;) Great experience all around

Staying at Casa Cosmos was such a wonderful and unique experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The attention to detail in every corner of the house is incredible—it’s clear a lot of love and care went into creating this space. The welcome gift and the handwritten note were such a sweet and personal touch—it really made us feel so warmly welcomed. Everything was spotless and beautifully arranged, and the information provided made it super easy to settle in and run the house smoothly. The pool was absolutely amazing—perfect for relaxing during the day—and we had so much fun with all the games available. The mattresses were also incredibly comfortable, and we all slept so well! Casa Cosmos is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and charm.

SUPER CLEAN HOME!!! My family felt very comfortable and secure at this property. Host were super responsive especially when we voiced some concerns about the heating they sent someone out right away to fix the problem. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

We really enjoyed staying at Kathryn's place. The pool and hot tub were wonderful once we understood how they worked. Kathryn was responsive to all our questions. The beds were comfortable, and nights were quiet in the neighborhood. It was a quick and easy drive to downtown Palm Springs and the airport. We had a great stay and highly recommend Kathryn's place.

What a wonderful experience at Cindy’s place during Coachella weekend! The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The garden was beautiful and the views are amazing. We had a delightful stay - the home is beautiful, modern, and cozy. The pool and outdoor areas were lovely and well maintained. Though there are neighbors nearby, the location feels entirely private. We appreciated how remote it felt yet that it was still within reasonable distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and Joshua Tree National Park. Communication with our hosts was seamless and easy. We hope to stay again in the future!

We had an amazing stay at Suzette's! Very spacious, very clean and well-decorated home. Absolutely loved the large PB&J painting on the wall.

This is our 3rd time staying at Keith’s place. We love it! It’s centrally located to many attractions, but the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The home is well maintained and completely stocked with everything you need for a week. Tim is responsive and helpful with suggestions of things to do and keeping the home in immaculate condition. We headed to Temecula for my cousins wedding. This house was less than a mile from the wedding venue. It was beautiful, sat on a hill overlooking the valley. The patio was amazing, with the string lights- truly magical. Perfect fit for the 5 adults and 3 kids in our group. Exactly as the pictures show, and all amenities as expected. Every morning we woke up and went on a walk, looking at all the amazing vineyards around. I would absolutely stay here again!

House was clean and welcoming. The views are amazing and the backyard is a paradise. The amenities are much better than most Airbnbs. Todd & crew have thought of everything. Coffee, condiments, disposable plates & cups, even some toiletries in case you forgot your own. Neighborhood is in the north side of town and we did get hit with a few days of very very strong winds (nothing that the host could obviously prevent but something to note). Mitch was super responsive and got the pool and hot tub heated up in a jiffy for us and even suggested the Thursday evening street fair which was awesome. Would highly recommended any property hosted by them and we will definitely come back to stay if we ever make it back!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Brandi’s Airbnb! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as listed. We especially loved the pool and spa - such a relaxing treat. Brandi clearly put a lot of thought into the space, with so many thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and would absolutely stay here again!

A perfect Palm Springs escape! I loved everything about this stay—the salted, warm pool was a dream, and the cozy, well-lit evenings made it feel like home. The amenities were excellent, and the lush, flowering trees added a beautiful touch. The architecture and design were stunning—thoughtful and inspiring. Highly recommend!

Super stylish, very Palm Springs mid century modern! loved the interior design and the landscaped garden and pool. the Cabana was very cool and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Only comment we would make is that the house is under the airport flight path and is noisy during the day. Even with that observation, we look forward to staying here again.

We had a car and it was a great location for our ‘home base’, but may be a bit difficult if you don’t have transportation. Plenty of restaurants/groceries nearby. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the hot tub/pool due to the high winds and blowing debris. We didn’t cook while we were there but the coffee maker(s) worked great. Plenty of space for us. We would stay again. (Note: it appeared they were in the middle of a few minor repairs while we were there …but nothing that impacted us).

We were in town for a girls trip and absolutely loved staying here. The house is in the perfect location; convenient to downtown yet just far enough away from the hustle and bustle that this place was a quiet oasis. The beds are extremely comfortable and we loved that each room had its own bathroom attached. Tony, the property manager, was INCREDIBLE. So helpful, kind, and responsive. He knew we were getting into town earlier in the day and made it possible for us to check in early, which was so appreciated. 10/10 would recommend Lone Palm House and already trying to figure out when I can come back with my family.

Gahl, Your place was everything! From the great communication, beautiful home, amazing pool and yard space. Hummingbirds aplenty, peace and quiet with perfect all day sunshine. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Hands down best Airbnb we have stayed it. Will be our go to for every Palm Springs visit. Sebastien's place was wonderful! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable! the outdoor space with the pool and hot tub were also so lovely. It was also a quiet and peaceful area, but conveniently located in Palm Springs. We hope to return soon!

Beautiful property, very responsive hosts, amazing stay. We felt safe, and had an amazing experience during our Coachella weekend. Homes were walkable distance to each other. We really enjoyed the pools and pool tables. Would recommend for large groups. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.
