We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean swimming pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back within a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. In the kitchen, there were basic food products to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

Our stay here was amazing! The host was extremely friendly and helped us bring our suitcases in when she saw us struggling to bring them up the hill. She gave us a map of the area along with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was super communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything! The airbnb is beautiful and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The view is amazing and we felt super comfortable and welcome. We fell in love with San Marino and will definitely be back with the same hosts and place!

Francesca's accommodation is well structured, bright and the terrace is a much appreciated bonus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but nevertheless it is very welcoming. The area in which it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. All the necessary services are nearby: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

You can stay in a historic house full of character, located in the most beautiful part of Rimini—right in the heart of life. Surrounded by wonderful restaurants, you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere just outside your door, with two chairs at the entrance while your child sleeps peacefully inside. You won’t miss a moment of life. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Giacomo and his family were very welcoming. Communication was impeccable. The accommodation is well-kept and very central, just a few minutes' walk from the canal port. It was a great experience, thank you!

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

Close to shops, etc. by car. 15 minutes by car to the sea. Large spaces both inside and out. Really nice and personal. Wonderful pool area. 4 toilets and showers.

A dream week in the Marche region with the whole tribe: cousins, sisters, parents, dog and mother-in-law (yes, even her). The villa? A paradise. Top pool, therapeutic whirlpool (also for the nerves), BBQ for serial grillers. Stefano and Alessandro: 10 out of 10, always present but never intrusive. Postcard panorama, comfort everywhere. We relaxed, had fun and... put on weight. We'd go back tomorrow. In fact, we'd move there.

From the first moment, we were greeted with rare kindness – Antonella and Leano are authentic, warm and helpful people, able to make you feel immediately at home. If you come here, you can't miss the schiaccia, a divine delicacy! The location is enchanting: silence broken only by the sounds of nature, and a timeless atmosphere that invites slowness and serenity. Perfect for unwinding and regenerating. Highly recommended for those seeking authenticity, good food and a warm welcome.

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Our stay in Tuscany at Lorenzo’s estate was magical! Close to the gorgeous Anghiari, fresh pastry gifts from Lorenzo’s lovely mother every other day and magical firefly displays at night, the pool and wood fired hot tub were an especially nice touch, recommend and would stay again :)

Very positive experience. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. A little gem. Everything is very well cared for, from the furniture to the equipment to the terrace. Quiet area, very close to the sea. Pedestrian area not far away. Attilio is a helpful and very friendly person.

The apartment was perfect for it - with a cot and high chair, just a few minutes' walk from the sea and restaurants. We had to find a place to stay at the last minute and Kevin was very helpful and kind. The house is comfortable and equipped with everything you need. It's just a stone's throw from the beach and downtown. The bed is comfortable and during the night you can't hear noises despite the central location. Thanks again for hosting!

I stayed in this house for two nights, alone, during a visit to my family, and I must say that I had a great time. The house is truly wonderful: attention to detail, clean, super equipped and full of comfort. It is in a perfect location, in the centre but at the same time private. Check-in was self-service, simple and convenient. Ombretta was very kind and very thoughtful in her messages, always available and attentive. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a pleasant, relaxing and well-organised stay. I'll definitely be back 😍

Michela and Domenico's apartment is in a great and quiet location, with shops and cafés around the corner and only a short walk from the beach. It has everything you need and is very clean and tidy, we felt right at home. Our daughter enjoyed in particular the garden. As it is closed with a fence, it is perfect for toddlers. We had an amazing time and would love to come back for sure! :)

This was such a great location! Lots of great places to shop and eat and not far to everything! It wasn’t super hot, but the ac and fans made sleeping so comfortable. Just loved it!
