A quiet, impeccably furnished heaven. Every need provided for, slept tremendously in the quiet, loved the tiny village two shops and the backyard an oasis from a busy life. Thank you Leonardo. We cannot wait to return.

We had a truly wonderful stay – for all five of us! The house and the outdoor area were absolutely beautiful, even better than in the pictures. Everything was spotless, charming, well maintained, and well equipped. The garden was stunning, and the whole place felt peaceful and private. Ilaria and Francesco were the kindest hosts – helpful, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. We’re already thinking about coming back for a summer holiday (the pool and AC are perfect!). Great location for day trips to Pisa and Florence, and there are lovely restaurants nearby. It was an amazing birthday trip and really good value. Niccolo was a perfect host, I used his accommodation for an engagement proposal, the place was perfect for the occasion, Niccolo was very attentive to help me prepare the event. I recommend it 100%, refreshing pool, typical Tuscan infrastructure, perfect.

We stayed 5 amazing days at Il Gufo and loved every minute. Jacopo is an amazing host and went out of his way throughout to make our stay great. Even meeting us locally and showing us the way to the house. We highly recommend staying at The Owl. The location, high in a valley provides spectacular views and is perfect to relax and unwind. We do not know what was better. The location, accommodations or the fact that we met Jacopo and became immediate friends. That combination made for the greatest memories. Also Luba, their beautiful dog, immediately loved us and greeted us ever time we returned. A little secret, he is an amazing chef and if you get a chance to go to his restaurant do it. Also his dinner recommendations were great. We had dinner at Corte Dei Frati 2 times. Thank you Jacopo for making our 30th Anniversary trip so amazing. One of the best stays we have ever had! The surrounding landscape and town are picture perfect! The grounds, pool, and accommodations are absolutely fantastic! My wife and I would love to come back if the opportunity ever presents itself again.

This place works wonderfully if you are a family willing to both visit Florence and make it your base to explore Tuscany. Beniamino has a wonderful property and is very friendly.

Silvia greeted us, and from the first moment she made us feel at home, with her warm welcome, always attentive to our needs, immediate responses, she gave us recommendations of places to visit, eat, or buy. Excellent host, highly recommended.

Nice apartment with a view to the city center. Terrace on both sides of the house and some back yard also. Clean, new and very well equipped kitchen with a gas stove. There was an own parking spot, but it requires some manoeuvres to get a larger car on the spot. Typical in Italy, though. Distance to the city center is only a couple of kilometres. But the apartment is on a hill, so there is some climbing to do also. This is also very typical in Italy. Taxi recommended when getting back from the dinner in the city. If you travel to Firenze as a couple and come by car, this place is a great choice.

We had a great stay in the apartment. The location was incredible, in a quiet residential street yet just a couple of minute's walk from the PonteVecchio. The approach to the appartment was challenging - via either a huge set of steps or a steep hill, but once there it was a calm retreat from the city outside. Lovely and cool inside - we barely used the AC, it makes the most out of a typical old apartment building. Plenty of room, a good layout, everything clean, tidy, and in good order. The shower was excellent, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The lighting could be better, but that's not really a complaint, just an observation. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Our extended family had a wonderful Christmas in Francesca‘s lovely home. We enjoyed the art and the cozy comforts. The kitchen is well equipped to cook and serve a beautiful holiday meal. We hope to be back!

Incredible townhouse located just a few kilometers from the busy city center. It was nice to be able to sit out and relax in the private courtyard. The large kitchen was fully equipped and there were even coffee pods and small cakes available on the counter. Tom's communication was detailed and very responsive. We felt completely at home the moment we entered. Excellent value for the price, thank you, Tom!

Our family of four loved this home. Here’s what felt extra luxurious to us: a separate wing for the 22 yr old, 3 bathrooms, high quality bed linen and towels, ability to do laundry and cook, wine and goodies on arrival, and a beautiful and serene park view. Birdsong in the morning, fireflies in the evening, pure magic.

Piero and Maria's place was easy to get to and very convenient. The place is private and they do a great job of communicating.

Sandra was a great host. Very warm and flexible welcome. She let us store our luggage until the apartment was ready. She even stocked the fridge with some welcome essentials. She is onsite, so easily available for help. Apartment is beautiful, immaculate, spacious, and well-equipped. Plus we loved the outdoor garden space where we hung out in the afternoons. Great location near the train station, but away from the crowds, so quiet and very safe. Would gladly rebook in the future!

Great place for peace, quiet and beautiful mountain view from the private garden of this historic chapel. Our hosts, Titti and Antonio, were attentive and extremely helpful in our brief moment of crisis with our rental car issue. We had a beautiful time and a wonderful stay! We highly recommend this gorgeous property for your personal sanctuary with nature.

Excellent accommodation offered by Niccolò. He really made our arrival easier. The accommodation is consistent with the photos, I would even say that it is better in reality than in the photos. A tram stop is 5 minutes away and a bus stop is right outside the door. The small terrace area is a real plus, it is very nice! The only thing to be aware of is the noise at night in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. It didn't bother us too much, but light sleepers should think about it before booking the accommodation. Thanks again to Niccolo for hosting me, I highly recommend this accommodation.

What a beautiful and special place in Tuscany! You can sit and imagine living here hundreds of years ago as you enjoy all of the details Angela has provided to make it comfortable and abundant. The pictures don't do it justice...the place is larger and more embracing than the photos. Angela cared a lot and when a few little things were not quite right, she made them right. This is a beautiful and top place to stay to enjoy the Tuscany countryside, not far from Florence and all it offers. The town is charming and the folks were kind to us. We did, as one reviewer suggested, enjoy wine at the community center late one night and great sandwiches in the day! Make sure to explore the town in the day and take time to be a part of it.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in. The bed was very comfortable and so was the sofa bed in the living room. The balcony was private and peaceful and the cohost, Simona, was so friendly and helpful. she even met us at the tram stop and took us to the apartment . The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, coffee, oil. The shower was great and the air-conditioning welcome. It's an easy couple of tram stops from the centre (about 10 minutes) and there's a wonderful Cafe and a supermarket within 2 minutes. This place is highly recommended!
