We had a truly wonderful stay – for all five of us! The house and the outdoor area were absolutely beautiful, even better than in the pictures. Everything was spotless, charming, well maintained, and well equipped. The garden was stunning, and the whole place felt peaceful and private. Ilaria and Francesco were the kindest hosts – helpful, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. We’re already thinking about coming back for a summer holiday (the pool and AC are perfect!). Great location for day trips to Pisa and Florence, and there are lovely restaurants nearby. It was an amazing birthday trip and really good value. We loved our stay at Michaela’s house. The views were beautiful and it was a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Great location, very short walk to the town or easy bus ride into the center of Florence. We will definitely be back!

We stayed 5 amazing days at Il Gufo and loved every minute. Jacopo is an amazing host and went out of his way throughout to make our stay great. Even meeting us locally and showing us the way to the house. We highly recommend staying at The Owl. The location, high in a valley provides spectacular views and is perfect to relax and unwind. We do not know what was better. The location, accommodations or the fact that we met Jacopo and became immediate friends. That combination made for the greatest memories. Also Luba, their beautiful dog, immediately loved us and greeted us ever time we returned. A little secret, he is an amazing chef and if you get a chance to go to his restaurant do it. Also his dinner recommendations were great. We had dinner at Corte Dei Frati 2 times. Thank you Jacopo for making our 30th Anniversary trip so amazing. We feel privileged to have met you and we will return on our next trip to Italy. You are an amazing person and host. Love Steve & Vicki

This is such a lovely place to stay. I was so happy to look at the surroundings with breathtaking views and the tranquility ( besides the fogs ) makes this place a paradise . The house was very spacious and confortable . The jacuzzi is really a plus and the swimming pool perfect . Francesco and Serena were so helpful to find activities for our family . The communication was great . I really recommend this place … soooo beautiful !

Fantastische plek, rustig, mooi uitzicht. Toen wij er verbleven was het bijna 30 graden en we hadden weinig zin om naar Grassina te lopen om daar de bus naar Florence te pakken, maar qua afstand was het vast wel te doen. Desondanks hebben wij iedere keer de auto gepakt.

Un angolo di intimità e romanticismo dove staccare completamente. Tutto perfetto, host gentilissimo e disponibile, la piscina riscaldata con un buon impianto audio è una goduria. Un eccellente vista sulla natura dei dintorni e soprattutto una estrema privacy. Il centro è 7 minuti di macchina, ma sembra d'essere fuori dalla città.

Licio ha sido de los mejores anfitriones que he tenido en Airbnb. Todo genial. Además me enamoré de su casa, el pasaje y todo Chianti. Espero volver!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and located in a great area—close to everything I needed. The host was excellent with communication and made everything easy and stress-free. The interior decor was absolutely beautiful—stylish, warm, and thoughtfully done. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Nice apartment with a view to the city center. Terrace on both sides of the house and some back yard also. Clean, new and very well equipped kitchen with a gas stove. There was an own parking spot, but it requires some manoeuvres to get a larger car on the spot. Typical in Italy, though. Distance to the city center is only a couple of kilometres. But the apartment is on a hill, so there is some climbing to do also. This is also very typical in Italy. Taxi recommended when getting back from the dinner in the city. If you travel to Firenze as a couple and come by car, this place is a great choice.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was even better than expected – very clean, well-equipped, and beautifully located. You could tell that the hosts really thought of everything. We especially appreciated how spotless everything was – it felt truly comfortable and welcoming from the first moment. Our family of four loved this home. Here’s what felt extra luxurious to us: a separate wing for the 22 yr old, 3 bathrooms, high quality bed linen and towels, ability to do laundry and cook, wine and goodies on arrival, and a beautiful and serene park view. Birdsong in the morning, fireflies in the evening, pure magic.

De verdad que es un pequeño oasis.. lo que más me gustó es que al entrar estaba fresco porque Pietro se encargó de encender el aire acondicionado para que cuando llegáramos estuviera agradable y el plus súper genial es que olía delicioso!!! Solo estuvimos una noche porq fue nuestra última parada antes de que saliera nuestro vuelo pero si volvemos a Florencia no dudaría en volver a elegir su oasis!

Stella nos recebeu muito bem, foi simpática e prestativa. A casa estava muito limpa e organizada. O espaço e aconchegante. O lugar é extraordinário, muito bonito, com natureza exuberante e uma vista maravilhosa. Stella recomendou lugares para visitar e restaurantes da região que gostamos muito. Somente elogios, nenhuma reclamação.

Très bien situé. Belle terrasse qui mériterait un parasol pour pouvoir en profiter vraiment. L’appartement est très agréable.

We had a great stay in the apartment. The location was incredible, in a quiet residential street yet just a couple of minute's walk from the PonteVecchio. The approach to the appartment was challenging - via either a huge set of steps or a steep hill, but once there it was a calm retreat from the city outside. Lovely and cool inside - we barely used the AC, it makes the most out of a typical old apartment building. Plenty of room, a good layout, everything clean, tidy, and in good order. The shower was excellent, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The lighting could be better, but that's not really a complaint, just an observation. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Incredible townhouse located just a few kilometers from the busy city center. It was nice to be able to sit out and relax in the private courtyard. The large kitchen was fully equipped and there were even coffee pods and small cakes available on the counter. Tom's communication was detailed and very responsive. We felt completely at home the moment we entered. Excellent value for the price, thank you, Tom!

Sandra was a great host. Very warm and flexible welcome. She let us store our luggage until the apartment was ready. She even stocked the fridge with some welcome essentials. She is onsite, so easily available for help. Apartment is beautiful, immaculate, spacious, and well-equipped. Plus we loved the outdoor garden space where we hung out in the afternoons. Great location near the train station, but away from the crowds, so quiet and very safe. Would gladly rebook in the future!

We had a lovely stay and Simona was keen to ensure that we were happy. The villa has a lovely rustic feel. Ignore the no entry sign at the end of the dirt track road and drive up through the trees. You park right outside the house. It was a little more expensive for us as we were only 2, staying in a place for 4. The dog was lovely and friendly ( although looks as though he might not be as Alsatian breed I think ). There is a lovely restaurant in San Polo with a lovely garden out the back… about 7 mins away.

Korteri juurde viib kitsas ühesuunaline tee. Parkimine on võimalik umbes 500m eemal kirikuparklas, mis oli küllaltki mugav. Arvestada tuleb, et korteris on vaid üks voodi, kõik ülejäänud mahamiskohad on kas diivanid või välivoodi. Askukoht oli mugavalt nt Michelangelo väljaku vahetusläheduses, kust oli väga ilus vaade linnale.

Bellissimo appartamento, nuovo e silenzioso con posto auto che non è scontato. L'host è stato molto disponibile sia prima della prenotazione sia durante il ns. arrivo, purtroppo non avevamo capito che l'ingresso fosse un cancello carrabile affacciato sulla via ed essendo arrivati nell'ora di punta è stato un po' complicato capirlo, ma siamo stati benissimo. Il materasso meglio di quello di casa, veramente fantastico. Location ideale per passare anche più di un weekend, molto comodo per chi va ai concerti alla Visarno Arena e non troppo distante dal centro, noi abbiamo sempre girato a piedi. Terrò questo posto in considerazione e lo consiglio sicuramente!

Un endroit parfait pour passer un moment très agréable et au calme après la visite du centre de Florence ! L’espace extérieur est un vrai plus pour prendre ses repas. Merci beaucoup à Elisa et Tania pour leurs adorable accueil.

Schöne und geräumige Unterkunft. Viel Platz und ruhig gelegen inmitten einer Wohnanlage. Auto ist notwendig. Ab Pontessieve ist Florenz dann gut mit dem Zug erreichbar. Pamela hat viele Vorschläge für Aktivitäten gemacht und schnell auf Fragen und Wünsche reagiert. Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt für uns🍀
