Holiday rentals with a fire pit in San Francisco Peninsula

We spend 5 days in Il Hwa’s place to visit old friends in the area and I can only says that the place was great. It’s clean, spacious and well located for us. We were worried about the house being next to the airport. However, the house is well isolated, so in the house the noise isn’t too bad. Outside in the garden, though it is very loud. Altogether, we had a great stay and would come again. Thanks Il!

Had a lovely stay at Annette and Fred’s place - the location was great, the house was fully stocked and the hosts were extremely responsive when we had questions. Having a hot tub and gas fireplaces were an added bonus for spending the evenings admiring the views.

Easy to find. Felt very private at the end of a quiet residential road. Whale Watching! - from the living room and master bedroom we could see whales. We didn't expect to be able to watch whales from the warmth of the house. We could also walk across the street and stand on the lookout and watch whales from there, as well. The closest beaches must have suffered a landslide because access was down a muddy embankment. The 2nd beach about .5miles away was lined by homeless people living in RVs - wasn't a fun walk to the farther beach. Highly recommend Moss Beach and San Pedro beach for easier access. San Pedro has a busy Taco Bell right off the parkinglot.

Great access to the beach. Such a cute house with pops of color. Comfy beds. Quiet and peaceful. Great washer with a 15 minute load option!

We had wonderful time at Heather and Steven’s home. Both are just great host’s, very helpful and proactive, communication was just quick and great. The home was easy to find and everything was as described. The location is fantastic, short walks the grocery stores, Bart and nice cafes. We are locking forward to our next stay with Heather and Steve and can just highly recommend this location.

What a beautiful property! Rita and Steve are fabulous hosts. The home is new, well-designed and comfortable. The backyard is private with gorgeous landscaping. It’s a short walk to the beach. We’d stay here again. It’s a gem!

Beautiful home with everything we needed for our short trip. We had an issue with the water shutting off one day, but it was fixed the same day. Other than the water issue, it was a great stay and highly recommend!

Ashley’s studio suite was very comfortable, clean, neat, and tidy, quiet, and has many great amenities including a nice size kitchen. It was perfect for morning coffee, breakfast and evening appetizers. We opted to have most of our meals out. The sheets (so soft) and towels were fluffy white and high quality. The Queen bed was very comfortable. The studio is located within walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants. We had two amazing dinners at Almanac Brew company and Saltbreaker. Yum! Stayed at Oriel’s place during a recent trip to Palo Alto and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The space looks just like the photos, everything feels fresh and nicely upgraded, with thoughtful touches throughout. There’s even a small patio that was perfect for enjoying my morning coffee. It’s in a great location too, just a short drive to Stanford and close enough to everything without feeling too busy. Oriel was super communicative, especially when some construction started next door. He went out of his way to have them hold off while I finished an important video call, which I really appreciated. All in all, it was a great stay. Loved the space, loved the hospitality, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town. Visiting from North Carolina

I am so grateful for my stay in Dylan And Alex's place! It was clean, safe, quiet, easy to check in, and easy to check out. I was able to walk everywhere - grocery, restaurants, and all types of stores within walking distance. Dylan and Alex are so friendly and proactive to be helpful. Great location! Apartment was spotless and location very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Hosts were very responsive. We had a bit of trouble with the app that provides access to the garage , but we were generally able to piggyback with someone else entering the garage, so it wasn’t a significant problem. Would happily stay again.

Urban oasis is the perfect description for this residence. So quiet. Restful, verdant backyard patio (blooming Angel Trumpets were heavenly scented!), sweet dogs and comfortable and attractive furnishings. Was able to cook my breakfast every morning and easily heat up leftovers with well-outfitted kitchen and high-end appliances. Loved how eco-friendly the home is. Murphy bed in the living room was perfect. Walkable restaurants nearby - esp. Homeroom's mac & cheese! Loved everything about this place. We will definitely stay here again when visiting relatives nearby.

Our stay at Brookes home was great! The space was incredibly clean and comfortable. We felt very comfortable and safe. I wish I could have stayed longer, but the space was beautiful outside even after the storm. We had a small hiccup trying to get the lock to work, but Brooke was super fast with her response & helped us get in quickly. 10/10 would stay again!

Cute beachy cottage, very peaceful and a short walk to an ocean view! Christina was very responsive and we had no issues finding the place or during our stay. A good distance to visit Point Reyes and Muir Woods!

This cabin is truly something special. From the moment we arrived, my family and I felt at peace — our baby fell asleep almost instantly, and my partner and I finally got to take a deep breath and exhale. The design, the quiet, the views… every detail made us feel at home. We especially loved winding down in the bathtub after baby boy went to sleep — such a peaceful way to end the day. Paige and Jamie have created something beautiful here, and it’s inspired me to one day build a home just like this for my own family. Highly recommend for anyone looking to reconnect, rest, and feel grounded in nature.

We had such a lovely stay at this cozy cabin in the woods! It was the perfect peaceful getaway for our family—my partner, our son, my mom, and our dog all felt right at home. The space is beautifully designed, both stylish and functional, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout made great use of the space, and it was clear that a lot of thought and care went into creating a welcoming environment. We especially appreciated the little touches, like hooks everywhere and a well stocked kitchen that made it feel extra special.
