Holiday rentals with lake access in San Francisco

It is a beautiful place to stay on Bethel Island . It far exceeded our expectations in cleanliness and amenities . Perfect for families and boating people . We loved everything about it !! Thank you Morgan

We loved staying at Corria's place. It’s a quiet ground-floor unit at the rear of a multi-unit property. The backyard is beautifully lined with rosebushes and overlooks the water, perfect for relaxing lunches (patio furniture available). It’s a quick drive to Park St & Webster St restaurants, Safeway, and the ferry - I commuted to SF by ferry 2 separate days, and it was beautiful! The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking, and there’s plenty of bedroom storage - we fully unpacked for our 1-week stay. I worked remotely from the dining table all week, and the wifi worked great. Corria was responsive and easy to communicate with, quickly helping with a couple of small needs. Some notes: - One bedroom has lower ceilings - better for kids or shorter folks. - Not wheelchair accessible: uphill driveway, then stone steps down to the unit (well lit at night). - There’s an old dock out back - it’s a bit rickety, so be cautious and watch kids. All in all, great location & highly recommended!

The home is freshly renovated, clean and modern. One parking spot available on the driveway. Street parking also available but a bit crowded. Basic necessities were generally well stocked. Hosts were communicative.

Ranjita was amazing host for our trip to Napa and San Francisco. We absolutely loved staying in her beautiful home. All of her decor and layout made it possible for us to have a place to relax and unwind after sight seeing and venturing. We had a great stay. The home was very comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Good pillows and towels. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the park down the road. Thanks so much.

Belle's house is at a great location, very quiet and super convenient to everywhere. The place comes with its own parking space (for two vehicles), which is essential for our road trip. Inside is clear, neat, and with attention to details. As a host, Belle is friendly, responsive, and accommodating to our requests. We will definitely consider going back there on our future trips.

Lovely property. Peaceful and clean. The home is located on the edge of a housing development where it is quiet. The house provided easy access to the area we wished to explore. The host was friendly and accommodating. We felt right at home and would rent the property again if we return to this area soon.

Wendy was a fantastic host and her home is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect as a peaceful and safe retreat and equally, is so close to all amenities. Can’t wait to revisit!

We stayed at Michele’s for about 3 months for our travel nurse assignment. The place has everything you could need, at an amazing price considering the area. The sofa bed is so comfy, and easy to convert. Michele is always quick to respond. She would also give us eggs from her backyard chickens every now and then! She definitely took care of us. On Thanksgiving, she even brought us some sweet potato pie. We appreciated it so much since we were away from our families. Michele would drop off our mail for us every time we had something delivered. She really would go above and beyond. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a great deal! Belinda's place was worthy of all of the 5 stars I just submitted. We were entirely pleased with all aspects of her home and our stay. If it matters to future travelers, there are 45 steps from the sidewalk to the front door. We managed these steps, but there is no getting around them.

Great place in a beautiful neighborhood. Just what we wanted. Among other things, the kitchen was great and well-supplied, including coffee, fruit, bottled water, and a bottle of wine! We felt very welcome and will certainly try to rent it again when we're back in Oakland.

I've stayed at LaurieAnn's several times and this continues to be my first choice whenever I'm in the Bay Area. LaurieAnn was very responsive to all my needs, as always. Perfect for a mobile single senior traveler. Highly recommended.

Kyle is an amazing host. Friendly, reasonable and super prompt. It felt like he was right there with us. We definitely felt like this was a great place for us. Kyle was truly invested in us having a good experience and it showed in all our messages. The place has everything for a short and long term stay and is close to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. Great spot overall!

Absolutely gorgeous space! Felt like a 5 star hotel tucked away in this airbnb. The location is in a lovely residential part of the lake that is quieter and still walking distance to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and central heart of Lake Merritt. The cleanliness of this place is top tier and loved the sweet note, gifted snacks/water, and all the personal “you may need” amenities provided in the bathroom too. Alisa is so helpful, kind, & clear with communication. So grateful to have stayed in your jewel of a sunshine home. The design is a mix of modern, retro vibes & everyone about this space is top tier. Perfect place for a visit for a wedding. Lots of walkable access to stores and restaurants and lake Merritt. Hosts are very responsive and helpful.
