Villa Giò is a semi-detached farmhouse surrounded by greenery, equipped with a 14x6 meter fenced swimming pool. It offers a large veranda with tables and sofas, and a kitchen overlooking the pool. It is spread over two floors: on the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, barbecue, two double bedrooms and a bathroom; on the first floor, four double bedrooms and two bathrooms. It guarantees privacy despite occasional renovations in the house next door. The living room is around the pool, ensuring tranquility.

The old farmhouse has four independent apartments (sleeping a total of 16 people, with nine bedrooms and six bathrooms). The large garden has benches and tables for outdoor dining.
