We loved this place! The mattress was so comfortable, I literally took the sheets off to see what brand it was. It was nice to have beach stuff ready to borrow for our stay and we loved sitting out on the front porch to eat and watch the waves.

I had a fantastic stay at Gabe’s place! It was excellent value for money—clean, secure, and exactly as described. Gabe was a great host, and I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area. Would happily stay again!

location was perfect. peaceful. close to beach and shops. liked the layout of apartment. spacious not cluttered. easy to maintain.. appreciated having free netflix and amazon prime. .Lastly Cassandra, generous host. allowed extra time for checkout.

The beach was literally within steps! We were looking forward to having a relaxing trip - which we did. I loved that beach chairs and coolers were provided had we needed them. Assigned parking made me feel safe.

Perfect location right on mission beach, and we loved the close vicinity to our favorite restaurants! It also came with sand toys & amenities for our toddler which was a huge plus. Only thing that could have made the stay any better is a broom to use, as the sand does start to accumulate after many days at the beach. Overall though, 10/10!

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. Our stay was fantastic! Great location in the Gaslamp District, close to food, entertainment and more! We really loved the beautiful interior design with exposed brick, high ceilings and a gold motif. The furniture was very comfortable and nearby Ralph's within walking distance made it easy to pick up groceries to cook in the fully equipped kitchen. We look forward to returning again and would highly recommend this Airbnb to others visiting San Diego! Thank you to Ryan and co-hosts!

Great location, close walk to the beach. Our family of 4 enjoyed using the boogie boards, beach chairs and bikes that were available to us. Coffee shops and breweries were close by. Warrens place was perfect for our little getaway. Would highly recommend!

Great stay. Plenty of room for a family of four. Very clean with everything you could need. We spend a lot of time enjoying the roof top view. Loved the convenience of the beach toys locker. Enjoyed walks to Harbor Village for fish and chips and breakfast at the Stratford. Sea lions were a fun bonus. Would definitely stay again. Top notch hosts!

Great location, and the condo is very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the amenities and the amazing view from the living room and bedroom.

Joseph is a great host and the place truly is a tropical paradise with easy access to the beach & downtown Oceanside in walking distance (.5 mi). The property does feel like a hotel but having an “adults only” hot tub is nice to get away from children if you’re wanting that. My friends and I walked to local restaurants and coffee shops each day. The place is very clean and he’s got pretty much everything you could need include extra fans and sound machines if you need some white noise to sleep, which I do so I was pleasantly surprised! Will stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

Ms.Sandy provided a very welcoming AirBnB rental to relax and decompress in. From her initial inactions, she was extremely helpful with detailed instructions and helpful suggestions. As a bonus, the HOA also offered recommendations on places locally to dine at and entertainment. It’s the combination of these two that make for an enjoyable experience. Ms. Sandy’s place is clean and features 2 smart tvs for your entertainment pleasure. Just remember to log out of your streaming service before checking out. If you need a bit of fresh air, the beach is close by, along with the harbor with eateries and entertainment. Or just walk around the compound and enjoy the various water features and koi pond. For you golfers, bring your putter and enjoy the putting green. There’s also a swimming pool and gym, however the beach is just minutes away. You can definitely put your trust in Ms. Sandy for a very enjoyable experience.

I cannot say enough about Leslie and Kaylie. Absolutely everything was perfect. Every I was dotted and t was crossed. Communication with them was amazing. The home was beautiful. The location perfect. The food in the area was fabulous. If they will have me back I am totally in! Thank you Leslie and Kaylie for an amazing stay your kindness and your hospitality! Semper Fi! This particular unit is really wonderful, and the location amazing. Being able to see and hear the beach/waves is very important to me. The unit is well laid out, comfortable, and the wagon was very helpful unloading as it was quite a walk. My vehicle cannot fit in the garage it's too tall, so I parked in the open lot near security. Thankfully with construction security gave us permission to park and not have to move the truck every day. Security was absolutely amazing and very helpful! The beach is very easy to access. We did not use the pool, even though it said heated, it did not feel like it. Sadly, the hot tub was closed for renovations, which is my only negative experience as I rented this particular location for the hot tub and the beach access. It would have been nice to have been made aware ahead of time of the construction going on in the condo complex, for informational purposes. Courtney and staff were quick to answer any questions and very pleasant. Will rent here again.
