Enjoy this beautiful house at the foot of the mountain, a few steps from the Aticama River and close to the most beautiful beach in Matanchen Bay. You have nearby a crocodile farm, the ruins of the Contaduría and its Church, the Islitas, the pier to visit the mangrove, the bird viewpoint, the Isla del Rey, and other activities. We have wifi internet and smart TV. Only 1 pet allowed.

Casa Costa del Oro is a light, beautiful, brand new home located on Playa Matanchen. Our home is located about 75 m from the sandy Matanchen Beach, one of widest sandy beaches in the area. We have a private pool in the backyard, complete with hot and cold outdoor showers. This is a very comfortable house great for families. Please note ocean views are from the master bedroom only.
