An oasis of comfort set in beautiful Playa Las Tortugas, one of the least crowded beaches you'll ever visit. Our high-speed internet makes La Villa Reyes an ideal remote office.

If you want more ambiance there are ramadas a short walking distance away where you can enjoy the delicious seafood or a coconut on the beach.

La casa tiene un diseño mexicano con un estilo contemporáneo. cuenta con una sala comedor bastante amplia, Alberca, 5 Dormitorios amplios con AC, Zona Palapa-Bar, Asador, Distintas Salas, Espaciosas Áreas Verdes, 2 Kayaks, WiFi, Terraza frente al mar. Acceso al mar caminando por un sendero de 150 mts y bajando unas escaleras. A 25 min del Puerto de San Blas.

Villa Exotica is located in a private small gated community of Punta Custodio in the town of Platanitos. Punta Custodio has only 14 houses and shares a sprawling newly renovated swimming pool that overlooks the ocean. Platanitos is a short walk away and consists of beach front restaurants specializing in Mexican Seafood, it is not a residential town, so Villa Exotica is exclusive and remote without being isolated. Our house is most comfortable with four adults and 2 of kid.

Casa Flor has a beautiful ocean view from the top of a cliff, where you can see magical sunsets. It has its own access to the sea, its beach is ideal for bathing; it is peaceful and little busy. In nearby villages such as Aticama, San Blas, Matanchén or Platanitos you can enjoy the traditional Nayarita gastronomy; as well as the different activities offered by the ideal area for lovers of nature and tranquility. CASA MURAL SAN BLAS

The house is in the village of San Blas, 600 meters from Borrego beach, ideal for relaxing and having fun with family or friends. It has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Sky, Netflix, a barbecue, sound equipment, a ping pong table, badminton, golf pool, dominoes, and other board games. The pool has a temperature between 29 and 30 degrees. And for good habits there is a yoga mat, rope, exercise bands, soccer ball, goal and books for good reading.

Casa Bello is a spacious brand new home located on Playa Matanchen. The house is located just steps away from Matanchen Beach, one of widest sandy beaches in the area. We have a private infinity pool and covered BBQ on the roof, with some of the best views of the Matanchen Bay Area. This is a very comfortable house great for families! Each bedroom has it's own private full bathroom. Relax and enjoy this beautiful space!

Casa Peg, Relaxing Oceanview Pool Serenity

The house is located on a quiet street about a 10 minute walk to Matanchen Beach, one of the longest and sandiest beaches in the area. The ocean view pool is private, as is the whole house. Aticama is the little fishing town where the house is located, and stores and restaurants are within walking distance. A car is recommended as you will have increased mobility during your stay.

Villa Los Sueños is part of the Playa Las Tortugas community, very close to the beach and two community pools that are free for all guests to use. The house includes regular maid service and the option of meal services and help coordinating activities. The beach is one of the best we have seen in the world - and only a short walk away through the beautiful community gardens.

Comfortable cabin-style bungalow, ideal for guests looking to connect with nature and disconnect from everyday life. It offers access to a stream that connects to a beautiful beach; this space allows you to live with all the elements of nature. It is important to note that the cabin is not right on the beach. It is approximately 80 meters walking distance.
