My father and brothers just returned from a 10 day cross country road trip and stayed here on their 7th night. They each had different favorites (landmarks, views, meals, etc) of the trip, but they all consistently spoke about how amazing Dean was during their stay. He was personable, accommodating, and SO KIND. The history, scenery, stories, and eclectic nature of the place were all amazing, as well, but I want to yell from the mountaintops how incredible the host is. Dean: thank you for being such an important part of this "bucket list" trip for my loved ones. I wish I could shake your hand.

If you’ve made it this far as to click on this post then look no more. The value and friendliness of the whole town was more than we expected. The inn manager Dave was literally waiting for us at the door in case we missed the building as we got in late (9pm). When he showed us to our room they had the heaters on so our rooms were cozy (it was 30 degrees outside) and the extra cots ready so that all we needed to do was tuck in for the night. Don’t let the pics fool you, the value is certainly there. 8 of us slept here for $120. You can’t beat that! Checking out was a breeze, since we got in late they offered to adjust out check out time. Dean the owner is hands on, kind, and the communication was amazing. Thank you for making our stay with you so enjoyable! PS THE RESTAURANT IS DELICIOUS BEST PANCAKES I’VE EVER HAD

Great stay, feels like in Western movies

Very unique place to visit! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were all very pleasant. Would stay again for sure.

LOVE THIS PLACE! We’ve been staying here for 16 years. Even though it’s changed owners it has maintained all of its love and charm. The pool is amazing. It feels very private and it’s full of plants, flowers, and birds. We cooked on the grill and watched the stars. Comfortable beds and linens. Very responsive! The new owners are awesome! Enjoyed chatting with Andrea. About 5 minutes drive from Downtown Joshua Tree and 15 to the park. Parking area is about 50 yards from the main road on firm and soft sand. Firm sand drive way.

Loved the stay felt like home and the AC worked great especially in this heat. Pool is still being worked on which was mentioned. The bed was comfy. Kitchen in the desert is right back so you don’t have to drive anywhere.

Alla is a great communicator and friendly. Place was well taken care of and we loved the mineral water pools! We will come back.

Presidential suite did not disappoint! Was just like the photos, fun vibe, very clean, comfortable bed, and great to be able to walk to the restaurant next door. Loved checking out all the landscaping. Only there a day, but it would've been wonderful for a multi-day stay. Nice to have the Nespresso maker and a hot water heater. Was great that Ashton left a couple of bottles of water and a few Nespresso pods for us We loved the place and would definitely stay again if we make it back to the area.

Peaceful beautiful place. For the price, it’s a good value. Clean, good communication, amazing pool and gardens. So nice to be able to hang out in nature but be right by the town. If you have back issues, bring extra padding for the bed- but with the affordability I can’t fault the bed too much. Great place!!!

This is a local motel with great rates and responsive staff. Room was large and well appointed for quick stay in JT.

Loved my stay at the ranch house! Obsessed with the desert cowboy vibe of the room, super easy to access, walking distance to downtown Joshua tree and just a short drive to the park entrance! AC worked really well. Will be back!!!

Such a nice place for a getaway -- clean, comfortable and warm. My kids enjoyed the spa and when they're happy, so am I. 5/5 will return soon!

Overall, nice hotel and responsive host! I would suggest looking up hotel rates directly as they could be less than what is facilitated on here, especially if extending your original reservation. This may be a good option if you don’t have/or want to pay with a credit card for a hotel spot.

Such a cool place for such a great price! There’s no sketchiness to this place like one review said. Yes it’s not the Hilton and the price reflects that. Such a great view! And they allow a doggie!

Sarah, MORGAN, the front desk receptionist was amazing and extremely helpful was able to check in early. We love going to Havasu dunes.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was in a nice peaceful and beautiful location. The backyard forest area was nice. The lady at the front desk was really nice and welcoming. The room was clean and cosy other than the one seater chair being a bit stained which we didn’t mind because we didn’t even use it. Its walking distance to the Lake Arrowhead Village which was great and convenient. Best part is they are pet friendly.
