Townhouse holiday rentals in San Bernardino County

Hosts were great at communicating and gave clear instructions on how to get into the place, what to clean up, etc. They were very accommodating when my friend lost her wallet and asked to enter the house to check after check out time already passed. The house is super close to Summit Mountain and only took us a few minutes to walk to the ski lifts. Overall, great place to stay for skiing.

Just as described 3 bedroom 2 baths . Grill on patio nice little kitchen . Host responds within minutes . Centered middle of lake arrowhead village a plus . Would stay here again .

Great location - super easy to put your skis on and make it to lift 5. Nice house with lots of features. John was super nice and accommodated all of our requests within minutes.

This was a perfect location right at the base of Snow Summit! We absolutely loved our stay and the home was fully equipped with everything we needed for at home meals. The family room was extremely cozy after a long day of skiing and snowboarding!

Brian is a great host, he's always responsive and friendly. The property is is fantastic and let me tell you that the picture doesn't really do it justice. additionally, it's the cleanest place we've ever stayed in. when the place smells clean and feels clean it is a different feeling than just smelling air fresheners. every appliance worked great, we like to cook our own food and not eat out so it's a blessing to have a perfect kitchen. lastly, the zen ambiance (music) playing when we walked in sets you right at home. so, thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Had a little trouble gaining access to the property initially, but was quickly mitigated once I was in contact with Evolve. Will definitely return and recommend. Thanks again for the great experience.

We had an amazing weekend stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—close to all the best spots, restaurants, and attractions, making it so easy to explore the area. The home itself was beautifully designed, with plenty of space and thoughtful touches throughout. My favorite part was definitely the cozy fireplace—it created such a warm and inviting atmosphere, and we spent many relaxing evenings by it. The host was incredibly kind and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and peaceful weekend getaway. Will definitely be back!

Great place to stay, me and my friends enjoyed playing some games that were in the home. A beautiful area, peaceful and close to other places

We had a perfect stay. The home was well appointed. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. We were able to prepare our own meals and didn’t lack any kitchen equipment, which is very important to us. It was also wonderful that they had cleaning supplies available to us. It was great that we could clean as we went along. We did not have to go by your own cleaning supplies. We will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it.

Kristina’s place was perfect for our family holiday trip. The home was spacious with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Each couple had their own space and bathroom. The home was well appointed and very comfortable. The view of the lake was gorgeous and the location was perfect for walking to the village. I highly recommend and we will definitely be returning again!

Literally the perfect place for our family. Super spacious and had everything we needed. Grocery store at the end of the street, quick 14 minute drive to London bridge, pool was awesome to hang out at. The garage is big enough for car, boat, and even golf cart. Definitely staying here again!

My family loved the pool located right next to the condo, it was convenient. We enjoyed London Bridge Beach, but loved Lake Havasu State Park Beach, it was so clean, expansive beach, the lighthouse and clear water. We had a problem with the garage door, but I just used it manually without the opener.

2nd time staying here and was really cool to see Jillian took action on some of our feedback from the first trip (bunk mattresses were thin and you could feel the bar beneath it, she added a plywood layer on top of the bars and upgraded the mattresses!) Location is unbeatable for bear mountain, and Jillian was super responsive. Hopefully can come back here every year.

This was a very comfortable Airbnb. Spacious for our party of 8. Lots of available parking. Very quiet. Beautiful and clean bathrooms and plush bedding. Lots of extra towels and bedding. Definitely worth every penny to stay here. Host is extremely responsive

The stay at this condo was wonderful. It's clear that Phyllis put a lot of effort into making it a great vacation rental. Many thoughtful details were included in the amenities for guests. I’m definitely looking forward to returning!

The AirBnB was beautiful. It is literally steps to the beach and in prime location! The condo was super nice and clean. Kim the host was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay there again. They also had water toys to use in the channel.

Wonderful, large condo tucked back into the hills of Bull head City. Private and quiet with a beautiful pool to enjoy. The pool table in the living area was a fun touch for our family. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms the home can accommodate families and friends easily. The living room furniture is new and vey comfy:) This is our second stay here and we cant wait to come back again!

I really enjoyed staying here, it was just what I was looking for. The instruction were clear to get in, everything was as stated and looked in the description and photos. We spent a lot of time on the upstairs patio, there are three, to enjoy the sun, and appreciated the privacy. The garage was a bonus, and the giant rental car fit in with no problem. We found a hidden gem, The Boat House, within a couple of hundreds yards that we ate at every day. Highly recomended.

We enjoyed our recent stay at Greg's location. We felt right at home. Directions and information provided was spot on and left no confusion. The reserved parking and guest spots were always open. The kitchen/living area as well as the bedroom were open, clean and inviting. Games were a nice touch in the "coffee table" Hosts were very responsive to our questions.
