Very good place, I liked it, everything was very quiet and clean.

Best host ever they responded really fast to my question and where really flexible with check in times and days. The place was nice and cozy. I definitely recommend staying here

This getaway spot was amazing! Janina's place was super easy to find and had great parking options even some for thoes with boats/ trailers. The area in and outside was clean. The kitchen had spices, tea and coffee, and many cooking appliances. The bathroom was also fully stocked with things we may have needed. The bed was very comfortable and clean as well. There were extra super soft blankets and towels that were much appreciated. Also very central to amazing food and sites but not too much in the hustle and bustle of their busier areas. Would love to stay here again anytime!!

The home was amazing! Better than the photos! Jamie and her family were there, as well, and they were very accommodating, friendly & kind. Highly recommended if you are looking for a nice place with a beautiful view. We loved it!

It’s a great place to stay. Our dog loved being free to romp along the river every day. The amenities at the “resort” are nice and clean. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

Great location right on the channel and just steps from the beach. Condo was clean and roomy and hosts were responsive when we had trouble with the keypad to unlock the front door. Walk to restaurants and the London Bridge, which you can see from the dining room table. Covered parking also a plus in AZ. We look forward to our next stay!

We love this place so much! The layout of the condo is perfect with a bedroom and bath on each side of the living area. Practically sits on the beach. We have super easy access to restaurants and some beach shops. And a magical view! What more could you want?

The location was amazing and lived up to our expectations. The house had all the amenities you would ever need. The view of the Colorado River was amazing. The laundry room, linen closet and kitchen cupboards were well stocked. The house had two full washrooms. The property was very secure. John was amazing to change his families vacation plans to accommodate us because we could only go during the March break.

This was a fantastic stay. Hosts were so nice and responded to every question. House was beautiful and super clean. Golf was close and lake facilities were right there. 10/10!!!!

Linda and Norman were great and there home was exactly what we were looking for great location and a great cabin feel.. and great views we will definitely contact them again to stay!!!

We enjoyed staying at Rhonda’s house. The view was incredible. You can seat outside and watch lake for a long time. The house was comfortable. Host was super responsive and nice. She left snack basket for us. I recommend this place!!

We loved our stay at Casa Cabin for a girls trip! The casita was perfect for mom and baby to stay in, and the house slept the rest of the girls comfortably. You do need to read the house manual to figure out how to operate the AC and the oven, but all instructions are there and included. The host was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions and helped us have a great stay. The pool was great and we felt safe and secure at the house. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to explore the desert. Don't forget to bring a small speaker if you want to enjoy some music by the pool. :)

We came to Ryans house to find serenity and find some healing from a recent loss in our family. I cannot say enough about the sunrises and sunsets on the river. This is a perfect place to rest and commune with the river. The swimming pool and hot tub on the deck leading to the floating dock was heaven to just float in while hearing the river just down the hill and being warmer =) The master overlooking the river meant every hour was in view of it. This place also can support quite a few people with a total of 4 bedrooms meaning it would be perfect for friends or families to connect with each other. And if quiet serenity is not what your after - Ryan shared discounts to rent water crafts of all types and you could tie them right to the floating doc for the house. It really has everything you need - Door Dash is loaded with great options and a large Smiths grocery store is very close. I highly recommend this incredible healing house. We will definitely be back!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful lakeside cabin in Big Bear, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location was perfect-just steps from the water, with stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Waking up to the peaceful sound of the lake and watching the sunrise over the water was absolutely magical. It was the perfect retreat for a peaceful and scenic getaway. Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, a stay by the lake in Big Bear is an experience you won't forget. I can't wait to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this riverside condo. The space was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as board games and access to the pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Shelly's place was just what we needed for a short weekend. Unit C is part of a larger 3-unit complex, but is completely separate from the other two (separate entrance, back patio, grill, etc.). It was a warmer weekend than we expected, but there was a portable AC unit in the closet of the larger of the two bedrooms that worked well. One thing I would note is that the sun shines directly into the kitchen and living room in the afternoon which can cause the two rooms to become pretty warm, but if you pull the curtains/blinds, it will help - you also get a great view of the sun as it goes down at night. The house is in a great neighborhood that is on the lake and about a 10-12 minute walk into town. Would highly recommend staying at Shelly's place.

Awesome stay!! Would stay every time!!

We enjoyed our stay for Memorial Day Weekend. This was our first experience renting a condo instead of a single family home, and the property felt safe & was family friendly. Our toddler enjoyed the pool house & having other kids around to play with which was a nice change for us. The location was a quick drive into the village and even on a holiday weekend did not feel crowded. The condo itself was nicely decorated with a modern touch, and very spacious for a 2 bedroom. I really enjoyed the large tub next to the fireplace in the downstairs room. There were plenty of clean fluffy towels for both bathrooms as well as the pool area. The kitchen had the basics to cook quick meals, and the open floor plan made hanging out while cooking enjoyable. We had a few hiccups upon checkin and the host was always responsive, kind, and did their best to accommodate a quick fix. We’d visit again!

Great place and excellent location! Great view off the balcony and very convenient access from the parking garage. We will likely be staying here again.
