The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar hell, vor allem das Wohnzimmer ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Am Abend ist es - aufgrund der tollen Lage nahe beim Strand und den Restaurants - etwas laut. Wir würden jedoch wieder da übernachten, falls wir wieder in Alassio wären. Vielen Dank, liebe Alma.

Rosaldo ed Enzo sono ospiti molto gentili e premurosi, che ci hanno accolto e salutato con grande calore. L'appartamento ha una vista mozzafiato, è molto pulito e dispone di tutti i comfort necessari. La grandezza e l'arredamento della terrazza invitano a trascorrere del tempo & rilassarsi. La spiaggia con i ristoranti circostanti è raggiungibile in pochi minuti. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno e torneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo splendido appartamento al mare e devo dire che l'esperienza è stata a dir poco eccezionale. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo rimasti colpiti dall'impeccabile pulizia dell'intero appartamento. Ogni angolo era curato e igienizzato alla perfezione, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più confortevole e rilassante. È davvero un piacere trovare un ambiente così ben tenuto. Ottima anche la cura dei particolari. Ogni cosa al posto giusto e comunque a portata di mano. La vicinanza alla spiaggia è stata comodissima. Ottima la qualità del silenzio. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Cinzia, la cui efficienza e disponibilità hanno superato ogni aspettativa. La comunicazione è stata sempre rapida e chiara, e ha dimostrato una grande professionalità nel gestire ogni aspetto del nostro soggiorno. La serata a Cervo Ligure è stata memorabile. The view is incredible!! Peaceful area as well. There’s paid parking right outside the building which was super convenient. Everything was walkable. Check-in and checkout was super easy. Would definitely stay again!

Top Unterkunft + tolle Gastgeberin Highlights: - Alles war sehr sauber, sodass man sich sehr wohl fühlt. - Das Apartment ist direkt (50m Fussweg) am Meer (privater Strand + nettes Café) gelegen. - Die Kommunikation mit Isabella war einfach, klar und freundlich. Weiteres: - Das Apartment wirkt auf den ersten Blick etwas klein, aber aufgrund der Organisation hat man alles (wir waren mit unserem Baby da und die Wohnung hat für ein paar Tage Ferien ausgereicht). Wir würden das Apartment bei einem erneuten Sanremo-Trip wieder buchen.

A dreamy escape by the Mediterranean This beachside apartment was pure magic. Overlooking the shimmering Mediterranean Sea,—we never tired of watching the waves roll in, with our morning coffee and a glass of wine at sunset. The balcony became our favorite spot, so peaceful. The apartment itself clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, including kitchen appliances for home-cooked meals. We also enjoyed the shared pool. Direct access to the beach was so incredible—just a short walk down the stairs and we were there, toes in the sand. The location is right next to the train station, making day trips effortless. Parking required a short walk, but it was absolutely worth it for the stunning setting and proximity to the sea. Our host was responsive and helpful

We had an unforgettable stay in this penthouse unit in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. I am a frequent traveller, using airbnb a lot, I can say this place - with great view/location/friendly host - was the best vacation destination so far. Not only we explored the lovely town, but we visited Eze, Monaco, Menton, nearby place. I would definitely consider going back to this place!

Die Aussicht von der Unterkunft aus ist herausragend. Man ist für sich und kann die Zeit dort in Ruhe geniessen. Der Gastgeber Enrico antwortet immer schnell und ist sehr freundlich. Wer will, kann bei ihm das auf diesem Grundstück produzierte Olivenöl kaufen. Bei der Lage der Unterkunft muss man sich bewusst sein, dass man, insbesondere zu Fuss, schon einen Moment unterwegs ist, bis man Finale erreicht. Mit Fahrrad/ Auto jedoch gar kein Problem.

Nadia est une hôte très accueillante, très réactive, ses instructions sont très claires. Le logement est très bien situé dans une résidence très calme, avec une vue magnifique de ses deux terrasses. Il est également très propre et très lumineux, son équipement correspond parfaitement à la description, rien ne manque. La piste cyclable au bas de la résidence, la mise à disposition de vélos et le garage pour la voiture en sous sol sont des atouts de choix, (sans oublier la piscine). Bref, grâce à Nadia, nous avons passés un excellent séjour de deux semaines à Sanremo et ses alentours. Nous recommandons sans hésiter le logement de Nadia. Un grand merci à Nadia.

Il posto è semplicemente incantevole, un'oasi di tranquillità tra cielo e mare. Mi sono sentita a casa lontano da casa. La casa è accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort. L'ambiente è pulito, confortevole e curato nei minimi dettagli. L'host è stata davvero premurosa e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Torneremo sicuramente! Panorama spettacolare, ottimo la fermata del bus per chi vuole visitare Menton oppure recarsi alla stazione di Monaco. A piedi per raggiungere Larvotto Beach bisogna fare tantissime scale. ottimo parcheggio nel sotterraneo della Casa. Amèlie è molto professionale e reattiva.

What a great stay! We loved our stay in Fabio’s place. The views were lovely. The host, Gariella was great. We felt very comfortable in the appartment. It was fabulous and had everything we needed, especially when the weather was rainy, we were very happy staying at home!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. In der Küche hat man alles was man braucht. Der Ausblick ist wirklich schön und etwas besonderes. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Zeit in der Wohnung genossen.

Séjour très agréable dans un logement fonctionnel, et à proximité immédiate de la mer et de restaurants, résidence privée avec parking extérieur. Le logement est très fonctionnel à vivre, belle pièce à vivre avec cuisine ouverte , literie très confortable, 2 salle de bain , et une terrasse qui permet de profiter de l’extérieur en mode chill ou repas. La baignoire à jets n’a aucun intérêt par contre. Logement propre avec tous le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Francesco est très à l’écoute . Nous étions 3 , mais a 4 personnes les espaces sont suffisamment grands pour tout le monde. Je recommande 👍

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Casa Mapi in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt - wunderschön, riesengross, bestens ausgestattet mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, es liegt direkt am Meer und dennoch mitten in der Altstadt. Durch die neuen Fenster ist es zudem bestens isoliert und ruhig. Iacopo ist ein wundervoller Gastgeber, er stand uns jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung und hat alles gemacht, um unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Wir kommen sicher wieder! Danke Iacopo!
