Enjoy easy access to everything from this lovely little home in the center of Volcán! Just 2 blocks off Main Street it's an easy walk to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, a fruit stand and more! We have no TV, but unlimited high speed WIFI for your devices! This newly remodeled Airbnb is located on the top level. There is another Airbnb located on the ground level. The yard is shared with the host family and other Airbnb guests. All water on the property is filtered and safe to drink!

Our Hacienda sits on 40 Acres of land that was once one of the areas original Coffee plantations. Today, it is a private Estate with big jungle trees, about 4km of trails, fruit orchards and beautiful gardens. The house has been fully renovated and is welcoming and comfortable. A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. I offer a spacious apartment on the top floor, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, full laundry room, full kitchen, air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, hot water, cable, WiFi, in La Concepción, Bugaba, a few kilometers from the city of David, Tierras Altas and La Frontera with Costa Rica. Capacity for 6 people (1 double bed and 2 queen beds). Pets are welcome but at an additional cost of $40.
