Monthly Rentals in Samuels

In combined trips, my friends and I have stayed at something like 30 Airbnb's - this was, by FAR, the best experience we've had. A couple of glitches that were immediately addressed, home was clean and, well, home-like. It is a lovely space in an exceptional setting, and we were made to feel both very welcomed, and at-home during our stay.

The house was very clean. All essentials such as paper towels,dish soap, etc were provided. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. The house is on a busy road however I did not notice once the TVs were on. Perfect location for all things bourbon. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

While we had a couple issues the 1st day, Ronnie was incredibly quick at responding and getting them taken care. Actually showed up himself the next morning to take care of problem, which he did. Overall, great place and there are issues at places sometimes but it's all about how owner reacts and Ronnie was great. Highly Recommend staying here.

Had a pleasant 8 week stay. Friendly neighbors. Plenty of sidewalks to walk the dog around the neighborhood. Lots of traffic on the road but you don’t really notice it inside the house. Close to restaurants and shopping. Easy commute to downtown. I would definitely come back.
