Apartment perfectly corresponding to the description, very nice, clean, very very well equipped (pherhaps one of the most well equipped we found). Host very nice and friendly. Position and view good, walking distance (about 15 min) to the center, parking not so easy but not impossible. All perfect!

Elefteria is a great host and very friendly. She has a supermarket under the house and you can find anything there. Definitely worth visiting again!

We had a wonderful stay in a quiet location and with stunning views of the sea and coastline. The house is furnished with a lot of love for detail, just like the terrace and the garden including sun loungers and barbecue. The two hosts accompanied us to the house, where homemade delicacies were already waiting for us (wine, jam, grapes…). The contact with them was extremely friendly and warm. Absolutely recommended!

Ioannis was a considerate host. He responded quickly when I had questions and left a fruit basket and wine to enjoy. The house is small but well organized and comfortable. The bed is comfortable (a bit on the hard side but that is my preference). It is easy to walk everywhere in and around the village. I would return.

The apartment is very clean. It has everything you need. Great views of the countryside, the sea, and the mountains. A place where you can relax, quiet and beautiful The owner answers every question right away. 3 steps to a delicious restaurant by the sea.

We were met at house by Anahid. she is warm and lovely host. interior renovation to the historic house was really interestingly and beatifully done. it maximizes the view beatiful town of Vathy. we felt as though we were living an experience in Greece. House was clean and organize. Anahid and her family made us feel at home; they gave us local recommendations and made it easy for us to adapt to every situation. Thank you very much. Stamatia was very helpful with entering the apartment, we were very pleased. The location of the house is very good, very close to shopping places, restaurants and beaches. There is everything necessary inside the house, clean and decorative, there is a large balcony with sea view. The balcony is very useful for breakfast and dinner, we felt very comfortableI in the flat. when we come to the island again, we would like to stay at this house and recommend it to other visitors.

Exactly as described and great communication. Only downside is the entrance through the backend of an alley.

I greatly recommend everyone to come here, really clean, perfect location, all the commodities needed, responsive and helpful host. You will have a great time here !

My stay was nothing short of magical. The place was spotless and had all the essentials, but the real highlight was the view—the beach was just 10 meters away, offering endless tranquility and stunning sunsets. It was the perfect spot to unwind and find peace. The hosts were fantastic, with quick and easy communication throughout. While the location is secluded and requires a car to explore the island, the serenity and beauty here make it well worth the trip.

Exceeded my expectations! Nick's place is comfy, well furnished, has all the amenities and then some, that you could possible need. Having our own parking spot was fabulous since its tricky to find a place in the village.

Eva was really friendly, she even let us to change reservation date. The house was clean and cozy. The location is in centre and close to all restaurants and bars. I definitely recommend everyone to stay there.

Cozy apartment, very well equipped with everything you can need, very comfortable beds and the best view left to the old center and right to the sea. The apartment has a private entrance, so you feel like in a tiny house. It is located above a small beach - probably the most pittoresk (and a bit hidden) in Kokkari. Kostas (and his family) is a super friendly and sensitive host! He was always keen to ensure that I felt comfortable and made my stay in Kokkari incredible pleasant. Thank you!

First of all the host is great, responsive, friendly. The house is more than as it is described. Very clean, tidy, central area, lots of offerings, snacks, drinks. The Parking lot is also very important that this hous offers. Hardly to find a parking space in the narrow roads. You may walk down the city center in minutes. For sum up, it is more than it's worth. Beyond expectations.

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

The family is super sweet and welcoming. They cared very much that we had a great stay and we felt at home in their company.

Everything about our stay at Dimitris’s apartment was perfect. His directions were easy to navigate and he even let us take advantage of late check out because our ferry was so late in the day. I was (unfortunately) needing to work for a portion of our stay and the wifi was fast and reliable. Regarding the neighborhood, I highly recommend staying here, especially if the next phase of your journey is a ferry ride! We visited very much in the off season but there was still amazing restaurants open within walking distance and many places to rent a car to explore.

We had a great time in Kampos. The apartment is very clean, in a good location and has all the necessary amenities. Communication with Nikolaos is easy.

An amazing stay - glorious apartment right on a lovely beach front. Everyone was lovely and super helpful (even offering to do our washing). Right next to a lovely restaurant and a short drive to Cambos which is a bit busier and has some bars. Beach was perfect and great to take out the kayaks as well

Dimitri's place is great, a nice 2 bedroom with plenty of room for the 4 of us. It is very nicely setup, and everything we needed was right there. Dimitri was a great host, super helpful. We arrived on Easter weekend and he was concerned that we would have food, so he purchased food and drinks for us to make sure we had what we needed. Another day his wife back cheese pie for us, it was great. The view of the town and harbor is awesome and a nice size patio for us to sit on and enjoy the view, the sunsets are great. Private parking right in front of our door was very nice, and a short walk down into town. Highly recommend staying in this very nice place.
