Monthly Rentals in Samolaco

Lovely little flat right next to a fishing lake. We were made to feel at home by the resident animals and the surrounding landscape is absolutely stunning. Worth noting that the flat is above quite a busy bar/cafe, however the windows were well soundproofed so this didn't bother us. Would definitely stay here again.

We were completely satisfied. Communication with Lory was very pleasant and friendly. In the apartment we particularly liked the beautiful bedroom and the very well equipped kitchen. Parking directly at the house, in a few minutes walk on a beautiful path on the Mera to the nearby old town of Chiavenna , in appropriate weather views of the mountains....fantastic.

Wish I had stayed longer - I had a lovely stay at Casa Bat had everything that I needed and more , would recommend to anyone and would come back for sure !

Chiara and her husband are very kind and positive people. They welcomed us right away and we felt at home. The place is an paradise for everyone who wants to escape the city and be at a peaceful surroundings. Thank you again! ❤️
