I have visited Gangtok several times, and previously, I preferred hotels near MG Marg. This trip was different; I planned a road trip to Sikkim with my wife and daughter, so I needed a place in Gangtok with parking. This property met all my requirements, so I booked it. Upon check-in, my expectations for Airbnbs and homestays were exceeded. The cleanliness was exceptional, every item was perfectly placed, and all amenities were provided. The mountain view from my room was breathtaking. We were welcomed with tea and delicious homemade cookies. We had pre-ordered lunch, and our host prepared a wonderful chicken dish with homemade chutney, which surpassed my expectations. Our host was incredibly helpful. Whenever I return to Gangtok, I will certainly book this property again.

Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, making the experience even better. The location is perfect—close to major attractions, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. Waking up to the beautiful mountain views was a highlight of my trip! Kudos to you for maintaining it so nicely. One small request, the microoven needs to get cleaned please. The rooms were top notch, views were amazing, spacious, fast internet, it had everything that one may need. I would also like to say they cook really amazing food. Last but not the least, an always smiling, polite host and two sweet caring responsible boys at our service literally won my heart. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay, I would again stay here in my next Sikkim Trip.

What an amazing stay, we couldn’t have wished for a more secluded and private week. The food was amazing and we were completely taken care of. The rooms were spacious, the food was delicious and we loved playing badminton out in the garden. We cannot thank you enough for such a great stay and would highly recommend to anyone considering of staying at La Ipsing.

Location was the best thing. Just accross the Start of the MGRoad. You could see both serene views of the valley and hustle bustle of MG road. ❤️ Property was huge, clean well maintained. We were family of Four, But it can easily host more people than that. We absolutely loved our stay!!🤩 Nina was amazing host. Always very responsive. The caretaker, Eljina was also very well mannered and she came to pick us up from our drop point on the other side of the road as we were new and had absolutely no idea about the area. They both took care of every need of ours. 😊 Highly recommended Airbnb in Gangtok!!!

My family enjoyed the stay at Orchid Stays. Kids were very comfortable too. Khagesh has been very professional and was available to help us have a great experience not only for our stay but also to plan our Sikkim tour. The amenities provided were of top quality and me and my family would like to highly recommend this property especially if you are visiting with family and close friends.

Superhost! Our stay at this homestay in Gangtok was truly wonderful! The property is beautifully maintained and equipped with all the amenities one could need. Nestled amidst nature, it offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Getting there can be a bit tricky, but it's worth the journey. The host was incredibly polite, welcoming, and eager to help, making us feel right at home. We were lucky to visit during Diwali and got to learn so much about the local culture and traditions, which added a unique touch to our experience. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Sonam's place in Gangtok! The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and suggest places to visit around the city. The caretaker, Nima, was outstanding—always available and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The food was delicious, homely, and very affordable—just what we needed after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the Kanchenjunga right from the property—absolutely mesmerizing! Highly recommend this place for groups of friends, families, or couples looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway in Gangtok. 😊
