Absolutely recommendable! The house is inside a private urbanization and the security measures when entering the compound are demanding. Which gives you tranquility and feeling that you are in a very protected environment, which is appreciated in Guayaquil. The house has all the amenities it offers and can be a fantastic option for people who go with family. Boys have back patio to play, they can go out and explore, there is a pool and a PS! What more could you ask for! Jaime, on the other hand, was always attentive to our needs, responds in a timely manner and is very patient. I would definitely stay here again with today security!

When I go to Ecuador I book Mabels place and when family visit Ecuador I recommend her place. Has everything you need from the kitchen to the bedroom. Very clean and organized. Very comfortable and well located with a spectacular view of the hill. Definitely a quiet place, for my part I can say that no noise was heard from the 9th floor, which is where the apartment is. Equipped enough even for long stays. Being able to use the amenities is something to highlight in the building despite being a short-stay guest. I really liked the view!!!

Excellent option, comfortable, it has what it takes to do a working visit to the city, but if you come on holiday I think it gives you many facilities. The mall search is a bonus.

Juanfer's apartment is in a strategic area, with easy access to the downtown area, near the airport and the land terminal. The back of the building connects to a small square of buildings and cafes, super comfortable and safe. As for the apartment, the bed and pillows are super comfortable, the apartment is impeccable, safe and private! Juanfer is an exceptional host, quick response and even faster solutions, always willing to make you feel the best experience. I would definitely come back to this place, 10/10 experience! Highly recommended for long stays.

Maritza's suite is located at one of the best areas in Guayaquil, with lots of restaurants,bars,museums and plenty of activities within walking distance. Maritza is AMAZING ,very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend her place.

Tomás's place we really liked it for several reasons, it is very well located, it is in an area that feels safe, there are many restaurants, supermarket and shops very close, it has a very nice garden, parking inside the house and a very friendly dog, it also has everything you need to feel comfortable, without a doubt every time we return to Guayaquil it will be our place to choose.

The place was very nice, excellent location. Melania was always attentive to any questions or when we needed anything.
