The private pool was fabulous! Flat screen tvs and private baths for every room very convenient for a big family. Kitchen was well stocked. Also plenty of AC’s to keep you cool. Maritza was a joy to deal with.

Janina’s place was perfect. It was extremely secure, you could even walk the neighborhood at night. It was clean, plenty of space. Janina was very responsive when we encountered questions.

My stay in this depa was just excellent. From the moment I arrived the check-in was without any complication as well it was for the entrance to the social area, the atmosphere and space of the apartment was well cared for with all the amenities that could be needed for a quiet and very private stay, for the location and atmosphere I can say it was a 10/10 experience.

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and pleasant … the apartment is in an excellent location between Mall del Sol, the airport and a hospital. Juanfer is a kind person and always available. The only negative point was that when I checked in I had to wait 1 hour due to poor communication between Juanfer and the cleaning person, and I was tired from the trip and just wanted to bathe, lie down and sleep, but everything was cleared up after he apologized and allowed me to stay up to 1 more hour at check-out. I'm only sharing my experience, but the rest was 10/10. I would go back to his apartment again.

Everything was very good. The only mishap is that it was not possible to use the pool because it is only allowed if it is a 7 day stay. But when it came to the apartment everything was amazing. And Pablo was always very kind to me in my concerns.

Juan's place is great, it's perfect. The location is great, with restaurants and convenience stores downstairs🍴, I can buy breakfast and daily necessities downstairs. Safe neighborhood and very friendly and responsible security guards downstairs. Juan's house is clean and tidy, there is a girl named Diana who comes to clean twice a week, it's really great, it saves me a lot of time. The terrace is huge, the sunset at night🌄 is beautiful, there is a public free swimming pool🏊‍♂️ and gym downstairs🏋️, I love this house so much, it's a pleasure to stay here! Juan is a very warm and sincere host who responds to messages very quickly and proactively solves problems. I have been renewing Juan's house for a few months in Guayaquil. I'll rent this house again when I come to Guayaquil in the future.❤️
