I love where the place is located because it’s close to all the establishments. I also love how the room was clean and exactly like in the picture. The total bonus point for me was the location of the room—it has an overlooking view of the city, which is especially beautiful at night because of the city lights. Oh, and an extra bonus is that they offer free water! Overall, I am happy with my stay at their place.

I would always love to return again should I get the opportunity!!

The unit is very convenient and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. The kitchen was well-equipped, perfect if you prefer to cook during your stay. We also appreciated the honesty store, it was a thoughtful and helpful touch! Highly recommended!

Totally worth the price! The location is convenient, accessible, and near to SM City Davao, so if you to go on a grocery run, it will take you 5-7mins to get there. The Subdivision is also safe and the guards were super friendly! If you want to get your food delivered via foodpanda or grabfood, the guards will assist the riders to the location. The place was super clean and homey! There's a pantry where you can access snacks and food staples. Ate Sharon was super accommodating and friendly. She will attend to your every need. Even if she's in a room, she will respect your privacy. She also made us a breakfast furing our last day. Cherith Home is definitely worth your bucks if youre thinking to stay in Davao. Loved everything about this home. Very clean and spacious! Hosts are responsive and act quickly. Walkable to Matina Town Square where there are several dining options including my favorite Halo-Halo place Aling Fopings. It was maybe a bit large for only 8 people but it was nice to have all that room. Price is right if you have 12 or more people. Kinda pricey for just 8 people.

Judy’s place is perfect for family gathering, it has 5 bedrooms that can accommodate 9-10 people has 3 bath rooms with water heater and AC in each room provided. The house is roomy and spacious, a covered front patio that we can do BBQ and hangout. A classy marbke round table with lazy Susan’s good for 10 people. Over all the house was homey that provide comfort, convenience, a little of lux, and a lot of satisfaction. Thank you Ms Juvy for letting us stay in your house. We truly enjoyed and happy with our stay. Your place becomes an instrument in our family memory making. Thank you.

Highly recommended place to stay in davao. Spotless, friendly host, helpful host. Even close to the famous Catholic Church in davao. And overlooking Restaurants nearby and SM Mall Ecoland for shopping. Overall experienced is absolutely worth stay-in! All the best to Ms. Jennifer 👍

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic. The room was spotless and exactly like the photos. The blackout curtains let me sleep soundly every night, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was rock-solid for Zoom meetings. Debbie, the host, replied to every message within minutes. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a great stay here. The room was just as described. The shower was hot and had great pressure. There were no ants like I have seen at many other places. The Gym and Pool were spectacular. Very walkable with the mall nearby as well as many food options. And for those not aware there is a poker room just a few blocks away. That was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. If I had to complain about anything was that the AC is a bit on the louder side but it really wasn't an issue for me. The fan was also a great extra touch next to the bed. Thank you will definitely stay again if I return.

Overall good! the only thing missing is a mop we can use for the bathroom just in case. It's a very nice place to stay with due to privacy and security and there's not many people around. Breathtaking 360⁰ view on the rooftop as well! perfect for dates and photography!

The stay here was amazing! There is a beautiful view out on the balcony, especially if you look to the right! When I arrived i felt right at home and could rest myself from the long travel there. During the stay there were some ants but as long you dont leave your trash around they were no problem. overall i loved the ac and the stay there everything was near and it was a pleasure to stay at this Airbnb. Many thanks for the host.
