Linda always thought ahead and fulfilled our wishes before they arose. The communication was not only very friendly and personal but above all proactive. When you enter the apartment, you never have the impression of living in the basement. Super generous and lovingly designed. Everything you need for a few days in the Passau outback is available. The apartment is absolutely quiet and super clean. In addition to the good price-performance ratio, Linda also offers personal communication. I'd love to come back.

I enjoyed my stay at Daniel's place very much. The apartment was spotless and everything you might need on a short stay was there. There is also plenty room for luggage, clothes and other things. Daniel was quick to respond when I had some questions, and very helpful when I could not find the assigned parking spot right away. Last not least, the apartment is light, airy and quiet, I can definitely recommend it.

We - my mother, my daughter and I - wanted to spend a cosy, girls' break together. And we could really do that in Katrin's apartment! Check-in was easy, parking was no problem, and the location is great because you can get everywhere very quickly, but it is really nice and quiet on site. The apartment was fantastic: modern, cozy, lots of wood, cuddly, lots of seating, kitchen well equipped. We also had a cot and high chair provided on request without any problems. Communication with Katrin was extremely pleasant, helpful and fast. We actually felt very comfortable right away and would like to spend another break here for the three of us - this time 😉 with dad. Beautiful apartment, close to nature, quiet and despite the location in the high-rise you get little from the other tenants. There are many possibilities for activities of all kinds and the city centre of Passau is only a few minutes away by car.
