Das Gebäude wurde 2022 saniert und es befinden sich darin 5 Apartments.

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Within walking distance are various shopping facilities (Aldi, Kaufland, etc.), banks, gas station, restaurants, exhibition grounds, adventure pool, police, playground, etc. If you don't mind a longer walk, you can reach the center in about 30 minutes. Otherwise, bus line 8 stops right outside the front door and lines 1 and 2 about 100 m further. Easy and fast access to the highway. Parking space available.

The window side opens to a small, sunny garden – a quiet oasis in the middle of the city. Right outside the door begins the charming alley around Künstlergasse and Residenzplatz with many cafes and restaurants. The imposing cathedral and town hall are just a leisurely five-minute walk away – ideal for culture lovers and city explorers.

Small but nice with a view of the Danube

The small room is partially furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship post office from 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. The Danube cycle path leads past the house. In addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to cross to Austria by ferry or to travel to Linz or Passau by steamer.
