Die großzügige Wohnung hat ca. 70 m² Wohnfläche und befindet sich im 1. OG eines aufwendig generalsanierten Altstadthauses nahe am berühmten Passauer Dreiflußeck direkt am Inn. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, lediglich der Wohnraum hat ein Fenster zu einem Schulhof in dem zeitweise Schüler lärmen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, also ausreichend Wäsche, Geschirr, Kücheneinrichtung, etc. Sie ist ideal geeignet für 2 Personen, eine zusätzliche Schlafcouch ist jedoch vorhanden.

Donau, Promenade und Schiffsanlegestelle nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Bequem Ankommen: Flexibler Check-in, Schlüsselbox. Kurzzeitiges Halten zum Ausladen direkt vor dem Haus möglich. Parken im nahen Umfeld.

Die großzügig und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung liegt nur 20 Min von der Autobahnanbindung entfernt und bietet die perfekte Möglichkeit zum entspannen, rasten oder um Passau, den bayer. Wald, Alpen, Linz, Wien, Salzburg, Prag zu erkunden. Kultur, Shopping, Apotheke, Natur, Stausee, Freibad - alles befindet sich in der Umgebung. Busverbindungen nach Passau sind unter der Woche sehr gut. Am Wochenende sind weniger Busse unterwegs, allerdings fährt ab Kastenreuth im 20min Takt der Stadtbus.
