Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Salvo

I can't say enough to recommend this to others if they get a chance to visit the hidden gem that is Elizabeth City. It's in the heart of the little city, and it's a private part of their entertainment enterprise. It was a Beer Garden night when I arrived, and my first beer was their treat to welcome me there. Still despite the karaoke going on downstairs, this little apartment was very quiet. And everything calmed down at a reasonable hour. The neighborhood itself is tucked away and it felt very peaceful the rest of the time. It was a perfect hang for a couple of nights on the Inner Banks. I can't wait to return.

We were at Noreen’s for only a night. Loved her patio area! Our room was clean and fully stocked with the necessary amenities.

Amanda was super accommodating and the place was so cute! It’s a short walk from the beach and close to the pier. Amanda recommended local food spots and the area was great. Enjoyed my stay 😊

We stayed here at Zoe’s place after our wedding. It was the most perfect little place to stay just my husband and I. We loved having a quiet little space to return to after hanging out with family and friends all week. Having the nice little touches like coffee from a local shop, laundry detergent, and bathroom items already there made it even extra special. Zoe definitely knows how to make a guest experience wonderful! If we ever need a little space for just us two we will return again!!

Jenni’s home was great and exactly as we had expected. Jenni was very responsive (in a timely manner) and helpful during our stay. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Dana is a wonderful host! Private, small space that is equipped with all your beach needs! Chairs, bikes, beach tote and towels for two! Dana’s place is super cute- 10 minute bike ride and plenty of beach access as well as if you choose to drive, plenty of parking at this time of the year! Lots of wonderful restaurants! Highly recommended The tale of the Whale for a nice dinner! Many landmarks including the Jockey Ridge park with spectacular views. Don’t overlook this slice of heaven! We will be back!

Diane’s place was my little family’s first AirBNB stay and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The space was very clean and accommodating, close to the beach and great restaurants (the hosts wonderful recommendations). The backyard/pool area was private and very peaceful. Check in/check out was a breeze. 10/10. We would love to return. Thank you Diane !

We had an amazing stay and felt right at home! It was exactly as described. Both the sound and ocean were in walking distance. We even had a few stores we could walk to. We would definitely come again!

I spent 5 nights in this house in Salvo and had a wonderful experience. Leading up to the trip and all throughout, I was able to maintain contact with Elizabeth and this helped for everything to go smooth. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quieter area of the Outer Banks.

Dawn was an amazing host! She gave us lots of local suggestions and was flexible with checking in/out. She was very kind and so helpful! If we needed anything she was there for us without being overbearing. Genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better host. She was very attentive and was very upfront about any issues before our stay. We had a slight issue with the stove/microwave but they had it fixed by our second day and refunded part of our trip. They were so nice about checking in a little early and where I could park after check out to still enjoy the island! She always responded well and made sure her guests felt at home. She was very friendly and I’d say if you had any complaints to bring them to her and they’d likely be fixed asap. Genuine host and made the stay amazing!

We cannot thank Josh and Kim enough for such a fabulous day! Their home is absolutely beautiful, and the accommodations were just as beautiful as pictured. The space was excellent for our family which included three young kids, adult siblings and my parents. Loved the open format kitchen/ living/ dining areas! They were also incredibly gracious with us, allowing us to check in early since the house was unoccupied the day of our arrival, and they were so thoughtful to heat the pool a few extra degrees over the agreed to number to make it nice for our little kids. Thank you for a perfect OBX stay!

Great vacation spot! There are so many beaches that we always had privacy. There is lots to do close by, either driving or walking distance! The area was calm/quiet and the house is great! There are lots of little things that were wonderful - TVs in every bedroom, lots of towels, equipped kitchen! Tom was easy to work with. Great spot!

My family of four had a wonderful long weekend at Grace’s beach home. We loved the short walk to the beach and early evenings in the hot tub. Good food places nearby. We will certainly keep the beach house in mind for our next OBX trip.

We really enjoyed our stay here as a family with small children. There were only a couple other people at the condominium so the pool was always available and parking was easy. I liked how you get to park underneath the condos so your car stays shaded. The lock code to the stairwell and elevator made us feel secure. There were plenty of nice beach items to use in the storage including wagon, umbrella, and chairs. Each room had plenty of beach towels and bath towels. The walk to the beach was minimal. The only cons were loud vehicles since you are close to the road and one ceiling fan not working in a bedroom but that didn’t bother us! Overall it is a great place and exceeded our expectations!

This place was great! Everything you could possibly want was included in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The beach access was just as it was described. The storage unit had everything you would need to enjoy the beach. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Nicki's place was a beautiful space, well-decorated and well thought-out. It offered what my family needed for our time in the Outer Banks. The space was clean and welcoming. We tend to eat in and the kitchen was stocked with the essential equipment and tools. The view was stunning. A few small suggestions. Admittedly, the exterior front of the property needs some work but Nicki's place offered a beautiful, relaxing experience that contrasted its exterior-Don't be intimated by the front of the property! In addition, we loved the view from the patio from inside of the property. Patio could probably use a rug for the potential splinters and a good sweeping of the spider webs and debris. Tanya was a wonderful host, thoughtful and responsive. I recommend this place and would definitely book again. Thank you!

The place was exactly what we were looking for. We were in town for the Jazz Fest which was across the street, so it was perfect. The beach was a little bit of a walk, but wasn't the primary reason for our visit so it was fine. The place is really cute and comfortable.

This is our 3rd time staying here! Has a beautiful view, great access to the beach and a nice pool, which is so great to break up the day. We traveled with two adults and two children perfect amount of space. Little dated inside but has everything you need. We come for the location, because it’s so good! As other reviews have said there is a rental above you. We had one night of very late night noise but other than that it was a wonderful stay, we will be coming back!

Great stay at the beach. We loved sitting on the deck with coffee! Kitchen was well stocked. Great location to the boardwalk, beach and pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully updated and nicely appointed condo on Roanoke Island. The views of the Pamlico Sound were absolutely stunning—especially at sunrise with a cup of coffee in hand. The location was perfect, just a short drive to great restaurants and the Lost Colony outdoor show. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the basics we needed for cooking. We also loved the spacious dining and living area—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Highly recommend!
