Pamlico sound-front custom home with 2 suite apartments. Located in the village of Salvo at the end of the road, surrounded by large Live Oaks and natural fauna.  Your private front entrance into unit #2 is on the right side/first floor of the home. The 10' ceilings make the retreat feel incredibly spacious. It includes a queen bunk beds, a coffee maker, mini fridge/freezer, a microwave, a ceiling fan, and linens. The custom-tiled bathroom has a solid-surface double vanity and a large deep tub.

Our house is fully equipped with anything you could possibly need. All the interior furnishings are new or like new. The parking area under the house is fully concreted, and set up for fun. There's a brand new hot tub, cornhole boards, gathering area, outdoor shower and even a bar! Feel like going to the beach? The beach access is a 2 minute walk from the house, and everything you need for fun is provided. We've got chairs, boogie boards, sand buckets, sun shade and a cart to haul it with.
