Waterfront holiday rentals in Saluda River

I’m late leaving this review but we had a wonderful stay. The place looks brand new, sparkling clean, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Craig and Janet couldn’t have been more friendly. We ran into Craig a few times around the property and had a really great time talking to him. We brought the boat and spent most of our days on the water. From a boating perspective, the dock is at the back of a quiet deep water cove. No worries whatsoever about water level or any kind of wake roughness, and it’s right around the corner from 18 mile creek access so drop in and take out is a breeze. It was a perfect place to retreat back to after a long day on the water. We can’t wait to come back and stay with Janet and Craig again!

Tammy was a wonderful host and very responsive. She even took it upon herself to contact us and let us know we could check in several hours early. Her place was spotless and everything looked practically new. The "house rules" were short, sensible and not burdensome in the least. The kayaks were great fun and a wonderful amenity. It's also a very convenient location to a lot of the area attractions. It's almost right on a section of the Palmetto Trail, which we were there to bike. She even allowed us to store our bikes in the downstairs mud room, which was perfect to keep them secure and out of the way. The surround sound system was a cool amenity as was the huge shower with the multiple shower heads. Great getaway!

Beautiful location! The host is definitely a nature person with beautiful plants and chickens. The place was both invigorating and tranquil. Definitely recommend!!

It was such a pleasant stay. The place is quiet and peaceful. There’s a little lake around the neighborhood that is nice to walk around and enjoy the nature. The host is super nice and is very responsive on any possible problems. Everything was clean and tidy. All necessary supplies and amenities are provided with extras. Definitely recommend for anyone that want to travel for short term or for long term stay. It is absolutely worth it. Would come again myself if I ever want to enjoy all the awesomeness!

My wife and I and our friends had a great time! The location is great— right on the water. Mornings I had coffee in the hot tub watching deer run by and ospreys fly from tree to tree. The only sounds I heard were the occasional boat and myriad wildlife. In the afternoon, we chipped and putted golf balls on the mini “12th hole”. Overall, this was a great trip. It was a nice getaway. I highly recommend.

Our family LOVED staying at Deborah's Apartment in Anderson. Our boys had a GREAT time fishing. The community was very peaceful and everyone we met was very welcoming. The apartment was clean, adorable and had everything we needed for our stay in Anderson. The view was also AMAZING! We would definitely visit again.

We put on a lot of miles every day taking in the area while staying at your lake home. When we returned everyday OMGosh! So relaxing and comfortable. We didn't want to leave. We will miss our 3 new buddies too. And well decorated. Perfect y'all. Jeff & Nancy

This place was peaceful and very relaxing. The host communicated effectively throughout my stay. Please walk the nature trail it is breathtaking and adds so much more to the stay.

Lovely place, very helpful/responsive hosts (Chris/Chrisi and Kim)beautiful and serene surroundings with easy 10 minutes access or less to Lexington and all its restaurants/shops. The home is older but key areas have been updated (kitchen and master bathroom). Our kids loved the double full bunk beds downstairs and the fire-pit was great for family time/smores. The dock was perfect for turtle/bird watching. Highly recommend!

This is the cutest lakefront cottage we’ve ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean and well furnished. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Towels are soft and very absorbent. We grilled and ate on the deck while enjoying an awesome lake view. The host was very accommodating. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. There dock provided electricity so it was a wonderful place to dock our boat. We will definitely go back!

This home was the most peaceful retreat! We were using it as a wedding prep area and the minute we checked in we regretted we couldn't spend every minute there. Not only was the home spacious and spotless, but there were so many added thoughtful odds and ends to make your stay so easy (such as sunscreen or condiments you always forget to pack.) There are so many areas to relax as a family and just enjoy the views! The host was so responsive although we never even had a need to contact her during our stay, it was too perfect! We will definitely return!

Was a beautiful home, and we would happily stay again. We arrived right after storms had passed through and had no power for for first few hours. Hosts were very accommodating in making sure house still got cleaned and ready even without power. They offered to refund our first night if wanted to delay coming, and were keeping me posted almost hourly of updates. Was no fault of theirs, just Mother Nature. Loved the kayaks and all the board and card games. The deck and views are worth the whole place. Even provided s’mores supplies to make. Also the beds were extremely comfortable! Could not have asked for a better get away. Would love to return!

Great setting on the lake. Enjoyed sitting on the patio having coffee in the morning. House was a open floor plan with multiple places to visit both in the house and outside. A very well stocked kitchen made up feel at home. The place was very clean.

We had a great time at Camp Q. We wanted a relaxing getaway with our kids and dog that's what we got. We fished everyday. Took a couple of kayak trips. Everything was there for us to cook meals in the kitchen and grill outside. The weather was questionable for a day but there were games and movies to watch. The snacks were a big hit for my kids, so thank you!!

Kendall’s spot was an excellent choice for our family vacation. Beautiful views, spacious, and relatively close to anything you could want to do while on the lake. We especially appreciated the seemingly endless amount of balcony and dock space to hang out on. We’d absolutely recommend the place to any family looking for a peaceful lake house getaway!

Visited for about 7 weeks...very relaxing and the views during the day and the nights over the lake are beautiful. The condo has been remodeled and everything is first class...definitely a 5 star vacation spot. We were visiting in the off season...have stay in the Tall Ship condos on many other occasions...this unit was the best! Highly recommend.

Our family enjoyed our time at Leslie’s place. Perfect location for our family trip for Clemson graduation. We had enough space and the ground floor made it perfect for the older folks. Strongly recommend staying here if visiting Clemson for any reason. If you have a specific bed requirement, you should note both the mattress and pillows were very soft. As someone who prefers a sturdier pillow and firmer mattress, I did end up using a different pillow my daughter brought us from her apartment. Outside of that I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Would 100% stay here again. Leslie is lovely.

My husband and I stayed at the Lake side Keowee Condo the last week of August. The condo looks exactly like to pictures. Kitchen was beautiful and had all that you would need. There are 2 master bedrooms. One is an ensuite with sliding doors to a small balcony that had a table and chairs. You could see the lake from the balcony . We would have breakfast out here in the morning. The living room had beautiful bay windows which also had lake view. There is a large cabinet in the living room that was stocked with games. The living room also has 2 sets of bunk beds that were like Murphy beds and folded up. We were only 2 people but condo could easily accommodate 10 people. You could walk to the pool but the beach you needed to drive to. Keowee Key is a beautiful community. It was very quiet the week we were there but we were fine with that as we were looking for peaceful few days. We did not play golf but course looked beautiful. There is also a restaurant on property

Fran’s place was the perfect place for the family to stay for my son’s graduation. Very close to campus but away from the crowds. Fran’s place was clean and comfortable. The sheets and towels felt high end. I would recommend this place 100% and hope to be back! Fran was very proactive and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth check in and check out.

The condo was absolutely spotless. Beds and linens were amazingly comfortable. Kitchen was designed well which made preparing meals so easy. We all loved how bright the condo was and the view it offered. The grounds were well maintained. We enjoyed the walking trail and the nice large pool. We also took advantage of the pickle ball courts. We went just for a long weekend but my family will definitely consider this condo for a week long vacation.

Stayed here for two weeks with my two children while in town for work. The space was cozy and had EVERYTHING we needed. Bob checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well and see if we needed anything. During the week we were lucky enough to get the community pool to ourselves almost every time. Highly recommend this place!

Very nice condo. Three large bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Close to everything. Host was super responsive. Great stay. Thanks again
