Our second stay, and just as wonderful as last time. The views are unbeatable, and the ability to walk to the lodge is an amazing benefit (I loved being able to grab a coffee there in the morning, or knowing I could have a few drinks and walk home!). Beds were comfy. To note, the blinds in the rooms aren’t blackout so the mornings are bright — but ideally you’re up then anyways to enjoy the gorgeous views!

Jason’s place is even better than described, Sea Ranch is a serene beautiful environment and the home blends right into it. Inside feels like a true home with all the amenities, high quality finishes and attention to detail throughout. The views are even better you can see the ocean from almost every room in the house, the sunsets are incredible. The kitchen is well stocked with seasonings we cooked dinner all 4 nights of our stay. The cedar hot tub was perfect and the stars at night were amazing. It’s just 5 minutes to the lodge if you want to grab a bite to eat for breakfast, or 10 minutes to Gualala if you need to grab something from the store. You can walk right from the house along the ocean and to smugglers. Don’t miss an opportunity to stay here for the best Sea Ranch experience

It is the second time that I have been to this house. As beautiful and peaceful as the first time. It was an awesome 4 days with hiking, walking and just R&R. Can’t wait to come back.

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home the weekend I was prosing to my girlfriend. The pictures do not do the place justice and the views from the backyard are amazing. Brian was an excellent host and was very attentive and helpful during our stay. We loved the peaceful vibe of Sea Ranch and can’t imagine coming back and not staying at this place. We look forward to returning again in the future!

I almost don't want to tell you how good this place is, so we can rent it again sometime. :-) But it's that good. We visited over spring break with our daughters, eight and 11, and had one of the most amazing stays we've ever had at an Airbnb. The home, the land, the pool, and the local area are all 100% amazing. And the sunsets. You know how you sometimes stay at Airbnb's where you feel like the hosts did the bare minimum to qualify to list it? This is *not* that place. There is everything you need and more. Andrew’s house is spectacular. We had such a great time and there was so much space for everyone. The kids loved the pool and we watched the Warriors games in the pool house. The property landscaping was beautiful also. Andrew was a great communicator. I would highly recommend his place for a great getaway.

I loved this place. It was beautifully decorated and had amazing views. The pool was an added benefit on hot days! It’s somewhat small for a group because it only has one bedroom but still worth the experience.

The host was very accommodating and responsive. The rental was amazing. Love the open concept overlooking the river and trees. The kitchen was huge and had all the cookware and accessories we needed. Loved the modern bathroom and beautiful shower. Overall, we loved the rental, and would love to come back and stay again.

My girlfriend (now fiance) and I loved this home. It was beautiful to wake up and look in the backyard and just see a vineyard everyday. Pretty much has anything and everything you could think about needing at a home! The grill and hot tub were great to use! We took this time to celebrate our anniversary while also getting engaged at a winery nearby. The drive to the town was short and there was a gas station just right before going in. The privacy of the location is great and really gave us that comfortable setting to where we could be ourselves.

Such a beautiful place to stay. We loved our time watching the wildlife, walking to the harbor, and just enjoying the peace and quiet. We loved reading the history of the house and seeing photos of families who had lived there. I was thankful for the table in the bathroom and the shelves in the bedroom to hold our belongings. There is no bathroom upstairs so we stayed downstairs, but it was fine for the two of us. Jodie is a friendly host and always responded to messages/questions. We would love to come back.

Super communication… felt like we were instantly friends! Perfect for the five of us! Seafood cleaning station outside on the backside of the house: PERFECT! Plenty of parking space!! Perfect view!! Perfect view while enjoying hot tub!! Great kitchen; um, with bay view!! Plenty of kitchen space! Loads of counter space!! Great dinner and entertaining area!! Can’t wait to return with my family!! Can’t wait to return with my besties!! Big master bath; with of course A VIEW! I could live here!!! Gigantic comfy sofa!! GREAT LOCATION!!! Comfiest sheets ever. And super soft towels!! Will definitely stay longer next time!!!!

This was our third stay at this house. The view and close walkable access to the beach is unbeatable. The house itself is very comfortable with great light and room for everyone to relax. We will definitely make reservations for next year if the price holds steady.

This is an extremely peaceful and comfortable home. It was exactly as described. Sara was clearly available and offered to help as much as needed. The only down side, and one that I take full responsibility of, was the weather. Sara has no control over that and I should have done my homework. Despite the gloomy weather, it was a great place to get away and enjoy the sounds of the ocean in a private comfortable setting.

This house was perfect for our family trip! We prepared all meals there and the kitchen had all the supplies and utensils we needed. Beds comfortable and the reclining sofas were great. Beach access right across the street! We also enjoyed the pool table. Weather sunny, which was a bonus. I thank you for the use of the house and definitely recommend it for a family or friends trip! Private and secluded home. Pristine interior, charming bedroom and living room, great deck and comfortable jacuzzi under the stars. What else do you need? Bonus points for reverse osmosis filter under the kitchen sink, that was a nice surprise!

Had a great stay. Michael and Edna have been great at communication and everything about the home and instructions to usages were well thought out. Tastefully decorated. Details like having all types of usb charging cables and small things like that tell you the hosts care very much about your experience. Sparkling clean. Highly recommend.

Beautiful view and such a pretty home! Loved the handpicked selection of things in the home and the plants. The big glass windows with a beautiful view of the ocean was such a treat!

We loved our short stay in Bodega Bay! Ted was very helpful and responsive. The house is beautiful and has great views of the bay from almost all the rooms. It is also quite central to all the activities. I would really recommend this listing!

We had a fun weekend staying at Harman’s property, highlights being the amazing ocean views and the hot tub on the deck. Harman was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed - he also accommodated our request for late checkout which we really appreciated. The location is about a 10 minute drive out of town, and it’s not easy to get an Uber so having a car is a good idea if you’re staying at this property.

The house is truly lovely. It is well appointed and everything has been thought of. The bed was very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. It’s a super easy walk to the beach, but the parking is simple so you could drop off kiddos and stuff by car with ease. We enjoyed the deck and loved having our doggo with us in this special town. Thank you!

A great place to stay for any family. Beautiful house and yard with plenty of space. Had our wedding right down the street and couldn’t have asked for a better location or price. Will be returning in the future.

My family of four and I really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home and surroundings, super close to the beach, and great dining options nearby. My kids especially enjoyed the deer that would visit each morning. Crystal was a wonderful and friendly host. We’d love to stay again!

We just loved our stay at Dan and Julia‘s Bodega Bungalow! The bungalow was in a perfect location with beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean. It was quiet and private but an easy seven minute drive to restaurants and markets. The bungalow was beautifully maintained and you could tell great thought and care went into the design of the home. It was extremely well stocked and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. We especially appreciated the fact that there was a coffee grinder and French Press/Chemex instead of your typical Airbnb Keurig maker.For coffee lovers, this was a great added bonus! There was a laundry washer & dryer in the home, which we did utilize once after a long hike in the redwoods. The bed, sheets and pillows were very comfortable. This was definitely one of our favorite Airbnb stays and Dan and Julia were very responsive hosts. The check-in process was smooth and easy as was checkout. We would absolutely stay here again.
