The Perchoir des Graves

Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. Come and relax in this 35 m2 suite with a large 180x200 king-size bed, a separate toilet and a large walk-in shower with a double basin. You will enjoy a beautiful, peaceful and secluded setting with a terrace, a jacuzzi, a lagoon pool and bar (drinks not provided). Everything is private. You can grill food, with a barbecue, countertop fridge, microwave and air fryer. It is located 40 minutes from the Bassin d'Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat, and beaches.

Our 55m2 apartment is composed of an equipped kitchen, a seating area (with TV and wifi), a spacious bedroom, queen size bed, bathroom with shower. An outdoor space to enjoy the garden.
