Villa Théo is nestled on more than 2 hectares of land overlooking the Tarn. The estate is composed of 5 houses dating from the 15th to the 18th century. Situated less than 100 metres from the GR "Au fil du Tarn" and less than 40 minutes from Albi, it is the ideal place to enjoy the peace and quiet during your holidays. Your Villa Théo for 4 persons will be composed of a living room/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and a private garden area where you can enjoy the sunrise!

House of character of 110 m², very quiet and comfortable, with two double beds. With its fireplace and balcony overlooking the valley, the Petite Maison, located in the heart of the fortified and pedestrian village, is decorated with period objects and furniture. The environment, soothing, offers the possibility of beautiful walks. There are no shops on site, except the baker on Tuesdays; all shops are 20 minutes away. Optional housekeeping.

Overlooking the calm Vioulou valley in the Lévézou area, our cottage is conveniently located between Rodez and Millau, two areas rich in cultural and natural heritage that amazes our visitors. Surrounded by mountains and lakes, hiking, fishing, swimming and boating on our beautiful Lake Pareloup. More generally, Aveyron, the land of Vivre Vrai, combines gastronomy and craftsmanship with the richness of its natural and cultural heritage.

Gite le Rouve

Charming and warm stone house with its wooden interior. It is located at the place called "Le Rouve", 35 min from the Millau and Rodez Viaduct. You will be a 5 min walk from Lake Pareloup, known for the practice of water sports and fishing. L'Aveyron is diverse both by its cultural heritage (Soulages Museum, micropolis, etc...) and by its landscapes (Gorges du Tarn, Aubrac, etc...) and its gastronomy (Roquefort, Aligot, etc...)

La Bergerie: waterfront with private hot tub

The cottage with PRIVATE HOT TUB is ideally located on the edge of Lake Pareloup, right by the water. The setting, comfort and maintenance of the site are combined to ensure you have a pleasant stay. You can also access, at no extra cost, in season, the swimming pool of the campsite of the estate located 200 meters from the cottage. You have direct and private access to the lake.
