Le Faré

Pleasant studio independent of our house where we will have the pleasure of hosting you. It is on the ground floor next to the pool which you can enjoy during the beautiful days. It is located in a residential environment in the town of Bouliac, a village on the hillsides just 10 minutes from the historic center of Bordeaux, 5 minutes from the new Arena concert hall, 30 minutes from St Emilion, and 1 hour from the ocean beaches, the Arcachon Bay and Cap Ferret.

Close to Bordeaux and the vineyards of Saint-Emilion, its geographical location will delight you. We will be at your disposal throughout your stay. The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.
