Comfortable apartment on the 7th floor with spectacular sea view, beautiful beach, fully furnished. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with hot water, air conditioning, dining room, living room with sofa and TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, full kitchen, fan, balcony with beautiful sea view, 2 children's pools, 1 adult pool. We are in the Milina sector. The condominium is called Torre Oceánica and we are 1 block from the Hosteria el Faro and 4 blocks from the Supermaxi.

One block away from entrance to la Chocolatera, one block away from the towers "punta pacifico", with Sea View in Salinas-Chipipe with the most beautiful beach of the Peninsula. Fully furnished, a/c in living room and bedrooms, WIFI and Smart TV. The apartment comes along with a stand-up paddle board, a surfboard (long board) and a boxing bag with gloves. The apartment is located on the top floor (4th floor) and has no elevator.
