The location is excellent, it was close to everything, the apartment is just as you can see in the pictures, clean and tidy, the person who received us was very helpful at all times, we really liked it and we will definitely be back.

It was a little difficult to find the place at first but Diego responded quickly and was able to help us. The place was clean and the guard was very attentive answered by us. Everything was great and it was a great place

It's the second time 😃 and we really like the quiet, comfortable nice beach view private pool... I'm sure I'll be back soon

Excellent stay, a very comfortable and pleasant place with value for money, the host is good with the queries, the only downside is that the sheets of the doors only 1 worked (the one with 1 bathroom) the others were damaged, and the air in the room did not cool much. I had an excellent experience in this apartment in Salinas. It is very well located, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, which made our stay very much easier. The place is comfortable, clean and well equipped, ideal for rest and enjoyment. The communication with the host was quick and friendly at all times. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future.

Beautiful apartment on the beach. very spacious, has everything you need and more. Really nice pool that overlooks the beach. Some sun loungers as well, was always really quiet. We basically had it to ourselves. It was great for a few relaxing days after travelling. There's also a pool table / table tennis + a small gym. All the staff at the complex were very friendly and helpful. Fernando was equally very helpful and would answer any questions we had. He made us feel very welcome. I would definitely return if back in Salinas.

I stayed for several weeks at this fabulous condo. The condo itself is bright and cheery with a fabulous view and all the amenities you could wish for. The building has 2 pools with 2 heated jacuzzis for the best in relaxation. There is also a secure designated parking spot that I could store my paddle boards, making it a quick few steps to the beach and off for a peaceful paddle. I am a Canadian living in Ecuador and have stayed at many accomodations around the coast - I would say without a doubt that this condo and the host are the best. Highly recommend and hope to return to visit soon.
