Excellent stay, I'll be back a thousand times

I have nothing but positive words about both the department and the hosts. Great place, great location, very safe place, comfortable, clean, and with all the amenities me and my family needed for this trip. In regards of René and Maite, great hosts. Very responsive, very respectful, they were very attentive to every detail to make our stay memorable; and it was memorable.

Excellent location, a very quiet area, the place is very nice and close to everything, all the furniture and utensils are new, communication with the host is very good!

The stay at Silvia's place was very relaxing and quiet, which was something I was looking for. The swimming pool and beach access are a definite plus to staying here. A large modern shopping mall and grocery store are about a ten minute walk from the building. The building staff was very helpful with the check-in process, and the guards were friendly and were helpful in calling a taxi when needed. The apartment itself was clean and functional. Only one air conditioner in a bedroom did not seem to function, but the other two worked fine when needed. I informed Silvia of the air conditioner and she was responsive about checking on it. In fact the the air was not needed that often, just during the hottest part of the day. In the evening the fans kept the place cool with the terrace door open to the ocean breeze, and the sound of the surf made for pleasant sleeping at night.

I loved staying in the apartment! The location super close to everything and the super spacious apartment looks bigger than in the picture and the super comfortable rooms! We hope to be back soon!!

We loved the location, the accessibility to the private beach and the amenities provided by the condominium made us enjoy our stay, the airbnb has a beautiful view, it is very quiet, you can sleep lulled by the sound of the waves of the sea, you can take good photos

Alejandra has a beautiful apartment; it exceeded our expectations! Her response was on time, which helped us a lot since we had been traveling around the country and sometimes we didn't have Internet access. Alejandra is also a very friendly person and attentive to our needs. We hope to welcome us back into your stay in the future.

Waking up and falling asleep to the soothing sound of ocean waves was pure bliss. The property is clean and calm, creating a restful atmosphere. The host Ivana and Lily, the housekeeper, were friendly and responsive, addressing our requests quickly and effectively. Thanks🌞

If you're looking to disconnect and stay in a quiet place, away from the noise and eccentricities, with a beautiful view and at the foot of the sea (direct access a few steps from the patio door) pool that is half jacuzzi... I blindly recommend this place. It is the same or better than in the photos: it has a shower for hot water, an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a room with a large closet and a master bed; in the living room there is a window that connects to the balcony, they have a TV with access to streaming accounts and two sofa/beds, that is, you can go to sleep with a tremendous view of the sea. The hosts were very friendly and attentive from start to finish, super flexible, and made everything easy for us.

The apartment is extremely clean, everything is impeccable, I recommend the place, it is extremely quiet, everything is excellent.

The apartment is as in the photos, even better. Modern, clean, well-decorated, and the beach view is spectacular. The location is excellent, close to supermarkets, restaurants and everything you need. Marco was a great host, always attentive and willing to help. I would definitely stay again. 100% recommended.
