Comfortable establishment for families, with three rooms and in a quiet area next to Salinas beach (3 minutes by car). An area with shops that makes your stay easier.

Cristina has been charming, very helpful, she has been attentive with everything. The apartment has been very clean and well kept. It is very close to different places to have a drink on the promenade, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner (very recommended "La Luna", but you have to go well in advance to take place). The area is very quiet, for a walk it is very good and both Gijón and Oviedo are half an hour away by car. 100% recommended this accommodation, only with the proximity and the good treatment of the hosts is very worth it.

The area, the apartment and the kindness and good treatment of both Jessica and her mother, has been spectacular. We will be back for sure!

It is a little paradise, ideal for connecting with nature. The house is just like the photos, it has all the comforts to spend a few days calm and disconnected from the noise. We went with our 3 year old and were very comfortable. The hostess is very attentive, you can see that they treat the house with great affection and are in every detail. Undoubtedly a place we hope to come back to!

The vote was shockingly amazing. It’s the only house on the cliff which seems like it was on a national park ground or something. It felt like something out of a dream I had when I was 9 years old. You literally feel like you are in the edge of the earth.

We have been to Rocío's house in Holy Week with the family. The description matches what was described, Rocío has been very friendly and attentive. The house and the estate is ideal for going with dogs. We went with ours and the experience couldn't have been better. In our case one of the dogs is a mastiff and due to its size it managed to skip the closure to go to visit the cows of the neighboring estate. The house is located very well to visit the area: Luarca, Cudillero... in addition to being close to beaches. It was definitely a great option!!!

Stay of 10, the house is very well located and if you are looking for a quiet place and where to enjoy the views this is the best option, you have incredible views and the place is very nice. Communication with Isabel has always been very fluid and quick as well as with her brother Ivan, both are very friendly and always attentive for what you need and that everything is going as good as possible. The check-in was easy thanks to the clear instructions from the host. Also, it was very flexible with check-in and check out of the place. The stay in the apartment was great. It is ideal for the area, since it has its own garage and in high season it is essential in Luanco. The bathrooms were spotless and the whole house was very clean. Host Patricia was very friendly and helpful; she recommended places to eat and visit. A very positive detail for us that we have children, is that there were toys, books and board games, something we do not usually find and that we loved. Very grateful for the treatment and the place. Highly recommended.

Beachfront accommodation, a little old but well maintained and with everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. The hosts left us milk, a typical Asturian sweet, some Cokes, detergent, gel,...even 4 newly purchased beach towels. Small details that make the arrival more relaxed and you don't have to rush to the supermarket. The location is great, right on the beach and away from traffic and noise. Ideal for a quiet family stay. Highly recommended.

Lorena was always attentive and communicated frequently. The bass is in the old town, very close to restaurants and bars and places to visit. But impossible to circulate and park the car. There is something to leave it in parking .
