There are three apartments for two people, which are very similar, with the same level of amenities and the same views. They have retained the architectural style of the original building. The interiors of each apartment have their own personality, being cozy and comfortable. On the ground floor, the protagonist is the wood burning fireplace located in the living room; on the first floor the terrace-balcony overlooking the valley floor and the mountains. Everything ready for you to rest and enjoy yourself.

In our charming home you will enjoy a unique experience. Located just above the Llumeres cliff, with privileged and direct views of the Peñas Lighthouse, a place of great interest and demand in the Principality of Asturias. It consists of a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen, two terraces (both with ocean views), a full bathroom, a relaxation area and a very large bedroom with an integrated bathtub and incredible ocean views. Located between two emblematic towns, Avilés full of culture and tradition and Castrillón with its beaches, one of the best known is the beach of Salinas that is only 900 meters away, a 15-minute walk there is a path that takes you to it. In the area there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a bakery, pharmacy, laundry, playground and outpatient clinic. Public transportation is available 25 meters from the apartment, connecting the cities between Avilés and Piedras Blancas, passing through Salinas.

Most of them are now retired, but you can still talk to them about the sea, fishing stories and travel. In Cudillero, the community is popularly known as 'las casas de colores' ('the colourful houses') because of its vibrantly coloured façades.
