the Flat had all basic amenities. it was a comfortable stay in a clean and hyginic place. It had was quite and appropriate to spend some day when you want to just relax, cook a meal and be with oneself. It is a very big space with big room, hall and kitchen area.

This is a wonderful, well equipped cottage in a beautiful location. Having a clean and private swimming pool is an absolute luxury. Prashant and Ragni are wonderful hosts and can't do enough to make your stay thoroughly enjoyable giving advice on things to do and sharing knowledge of the local area and India as a whole. The only negative is the amount of litter and rubbish which seems to be a problem throughout Goa. This is not a reflection on the standard of accommodation we had and not something Prashant and Ragini can do much about. Overall we had a wonderful two months and would recommend this place to anyone wishing for a peaceful stay in Goa. Thankyou Prashant and Ragni.

I came to Nikhat's place for a month long stay, and had such an amazing time within the first week that I decided to extend my trip to almost 2 months. In the bustling parts of North Goa, its such a peaceful oasis. Surrounded by greenery, this is the most perfect escape for anyone looking for a retreat. The neighbours are also super friendly and you'll feel right at home within a few days. There's a caretaker, Munni, who stays in the house and cooks the most delicious meals upon request. It's felt quite heavenly being here, with the quiet of the neighbourhood, but also having access to Nikhat's bike and having lots of beaches at cyclable distance. Nikhat was incredibly welcoming and friendly from the start with her communication and I really don't have any complaints. Highly recommend this to anyone planning a trip to Goa!
