We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Clean and cosy apartment. Good location – you can get to the old town on foot in 15 min. Apartment is well equipped, especially kitchen – all you need to cook at home. Contact with Meri is quick and easy.

Branka's apartment worked well for our crew! We initially couldn't find it (it was a sharp turn) but Branka helped us navigate in real time and Branka's mom, Maria, was there to greet us. The place was spotless, bedrooms were as described, plenty of bathrooms and we loved the homemade artwork on the walls. Our group really appreciated the upper outdoor balcony area for hanging out. (with a tiny glimpse of ocean). Even though we spent most of our time away (Plivitce and Zadar), we appreciated that the space worked well for us....gathering spots and privacy too and again, it was very clean, which is a top priority for us. Thank you!

Clean and comfortable apartment for a family of three (and more). Close to the seaside. The nearest beach has a blue flag. Many places to eat around. Definitely recommend this place and a host!

The apartment is great, everything is very neat, with remarkable cleanliness. A luxurious apartment where you feel good. The equipment is complete. The place is quiet, you will sleep well, large closet in the bedroom. Well-equipped kitchen, spacious balcony, the living room is nice, beautiful bathroom, the only downside is the shower, low slope for drainage, the water does not drain quickly enough and it can flood the room very quickly. I recommend it.

We had a great stay here in Zadar. Nikolina provided detailed instructions to help check in, the place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Was in a great location, we enjoyed our stay here.

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Thank you very much! We felt very comfortable in the villa and nothing was missing! However, you need a bike or car to get to the beach. You should also try out different beaches in the area to find the "right" one for you (e.g. sand, stone, café, sports facilities...).

This apartment has everything you need. We were more than satisfied and happy to be able to spend our vacation there. :-) The hosts are very friendly, easily accessible and welcomed us super nicely. A great apartment with a beautiful view of the sea, which you can reach in 1 minute on foot. It's also great that you can rent a stand-up paddle. Communication was friendly and warm. It was a pity that we only learned on the day of departure that we had to pay a surcharge for the dogs. When we booked, there was no information about it.

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

This is the villa dreams are made of. Every detail is taken care of inside the villa with lovely furnishings and super comfortable beds. The roof terrace is a dream, we only tried the hot tub once as it was so warm when we were there but I can imagine it’s gorgeous on cooler nights. So close to the sea and a short walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely owners - would definitely return

Marko was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment we stayed in was brand new and very comfortable. We stayed in the room with the AC unit on the second floor and were very comfortable sleeping in that space. We spent most of our time on the third floor on the balcony and in the kitchen which was full of new appliances. Whenever we had a question, Marko was responsive right away and we always felt comfortable reaching out to him.

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

The host made us feel very welcome when checking in. The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood, only a 10 minute walk from the centre. It’s furnished beautifully and was completely spotless. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation or is looking to explore the town of Zadar.

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

The accommodation was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without problems. We will certainly come back!

This brand new villa was the perfect stay for us with 4 young children. Maja was an extremely responsive host at all times and was very kind. The Villa had ample parking for two cars and was easily accessed. The space itself is just like in the photos with everything you could need for your stay! We had a car so drove to the old town where parking was easy enough everywhere. I would definitely recommend Majas villa to others. Thanks for the gorgeous stay!
