Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Saldanha Bay Local Municipality

This was our second time staying here as it is pet friendly, off road safe parking, wonderful sea view, central and easy walk to beach. It has a lovely deck outside and a nice enclosed garden for the dog. It has all the amenities you need.

We had a wonderful family getaway at Liaan’s beautiful home in Langebaan. The house was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to the beach and peaceful enough for a relaxing break. Liaan was a fantastic host, very responsive and welcoming. We’d definitely love to come back!

Thanks for the beautiful stay in your lovely beach house. I loved the interior and hearing the waves at night. The surrounding was quiet except some birds in the morning. We managed to close the curtains in a way so that no light comes in early in the morning. It needed some pillows on the window sill and clothespins to connect the curtains. Entering the street name and Paternoster in google maps lead us to Cormorant St in Golden Mile in St. Helena Bay which is 20 minutes apart of Paternoster. So enter the name of the restaurant Voorstrandt and navigate from there. Thanks for the lovely stay.

We loved the place and all the extras like wood, spices, hand soaps, cleaning gear and the fact that the place allowed our fur babies. The water filter on the tap is awesome and all the amenities are super.

A very nice beachfront home, with four large bedrooms (one of them a loft, not completely private). Well equipped, not super modern, but very comfortable. One of the few places we oculd find in Paternoster with 4 bedrooms. Janina and her team were super helpful.

Beautifully decorated house and offered everything needed for a self catering holiday. Linen and towels crisp and high quality. Location of house is very central and walking distance of restaurants and beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

A group of us (5 people) were using the house for several days as part of a wedding party and it worked really well. A real home from home, and a wonderfully peaceful place to retreat. The loft is delightful with a wonderful bath-tub - but just be aware: the steps up are a bit steep and because the staircase is open sound moves from the sitting area to the loft and vice versa. Paul was an excellent host and really went the extra mile. I would definitely recommend his place.

We had a lovely stay. It is very close to the beach, I loved the view from upstairs.

Perfect spot! Can't beat the location!

Wow what a stunning house in the perfect location for a relaxing weekend away from it all. Just 2 hours drive from Cape Town, Aurora is a tiny town literally in the middle of nowhere. There is a small shop and a coffee shop and that's all. You need to come with all your supplies as we were told on booking. Rojeane's house is a home from home, equipped with everything you could possibly need. The house is beautifully furnished and designed and perfectly positioned for the stunning sunset views. We had plans to hike and take a trip to the coast and we were so instantly relaxed that we did nothing. We read books and played with board games from the cupboard and then had delicious long braais into the night. The homemade feta and sourdough bread were so delicious we were begging for more! We were travelling with our teenage children and 2 small dogs and we all wished to stay another night longer when we left. It was a great family weekend away from the city.

It will be a couple of days to remember. Our little haven that we’re definitely coming back too. Jane is an incredible host!

This place is a dream! Your own private beach with all the modern furnishings you might need. Luxury kitchen equipment, beautiful decks and balcony, plenty of outdoor furniture and activities. We went to Paternoster for meals, but you will need to book in advance as restaurants fill quickly. An amazing getaway, we would go back in a heartbeat!

The villa is absolutely superb. It's located in prime position right by the water in serene and beautiful Jacob's Bay and has the most incredible patio to enjoy the view and beauty of South Africa's West Coast. The house, and particularly the patio, is extremely well designed and maximizes the enjoyment of the property. The house is easily one of the nicest in the entire estate. The decor and style is perfect and captures the West Coast vibe. The view and particularly the sunsets and starlight made it difficult to believe that I was only 1.5 hours away from Cape Town. The villa is well fitted with indoor and outdoor braais/barbecue, extremely comfortable patio furniture, a covered swimming pool and the garden is lovely. This is truly a special place and my entire family loved it. It's going to be difficult to find a better place to stay than this on South Africa's West Coast. I couldn't recommend this more highly and Michelle is an incredible host. Perfect 5 star rating from me.

This was a wonderful place to stay for the last week of our 3-month sojourn in South Africa. Beautiful views of the West Coast southern Atlantic. Well-equipped kitchen, great braai site, very comfortable for us. Thank you!

Myself and my two miniature schnauzers had a wonderful stay. The apartment had everything we needed and the hosts were happy to assist with any help or if anything was lacking. Marlon, his wife and Juan were very friendly and exceptionally accommodating, and the beach is a stones throw away and lovely to swim, run and walk the dogs on. The surrounding area felt safe, the locals are friendly and the space was perfect for the peaceful retreat that I needed!

We loved our stay! Leo came to heat the hot tub for us and checked in on the regular. I would recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at Anita's. The location is perfect, the beach, shops and restaurants are a 3 minute walk away. The space is clean and had everything I needed. Anita's is a gracious host, very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again whenI return to Langebaan!

We had a lovely stay in this well equipped villa that has everything you need for a great vacation. The inside as well as the outside of the house is designed with care to details and the view over Shark Bay is wonderful. Adrian is a kind host that answers quickly to your questions and Wilma who met us was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back next year.

Firstly I would like to say thank you very much for the warm welcome and allowing us to have an extended stay. The place was very receiving, warm and cosy and felt like a home away from home. The house is situated near convenience stores and we did not have to drive far distances for anything we needed. The area was safe and no disturbances. I would recomment this place for any group of family that want to take a break from the busy city life and have a good relaxed and esthetic vibe.This place has everything and more. Love love love the antique feel to it. Well done to the hosts you have outdone yourselves.

Our host, Christi, was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine and dishwasher. It's right on a long, white sand beach which is easily accessible for lovely walks.

Had a good stay. Great place to bring your dog.

Phenomenal experience bird watching from the bedroom. Enjoyed the simplicity and serenity of the location. Great trip all round!
