Beachfront holiday rental in Salamis Island

Het uitzicht is geweldig. Je stapt de deur uit en loopt zo het strand op. De kamer is prima. Er is een lift naar de 3e verdieping waar het appartement is. Een ruim balkon en een prima badkamer. Het is gezellig ingericht en er is een koelkast. In de kast liggen allerlei extra dingen zoals een föhn en verbanddoos. De omgeving ziet er wel wat vervallen uit. Je hebt een auto nodig om iets te kunnen gaan zien van de omgeving. Het centrum van Athene ligt op een uur rijden met een Uber. We hebben Eleni ontmoet en ze is zeer gastvrij en reageert snel op berichten. Wij raden deze Airbnb zeker aan.

We had a great time at Perdika! The house was perfect for our needs, spacious enough for 3 people. It was very clean and ready to be used. The best part was the balcony with an amazing view over the Perdika Marina, where we enjoy amazing sunsets. We were also walking distance from bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants. The boat to Moni Island was super close by as well. Our host, Raphael, was very nice, prontly answering our requests, and suggesting some activities we could do in Perdika and in Aegina. We are super happy with our decision to stay here! Thank you to Raphael for the warm hospitality. We recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a calm, private space in a beautiful location!

Me and my friend loved our week here. Before we had even arrived Anna was helpful and quick to respond to any questions, she helped bus a taxi from the airport straight to the airport (and the same when we were travelling home), and even let us access the apartment earlier than 3pm to drop bags off! Artemida is a lovely location, beautiful beaches and great restaurants just on the doorstep. There’s little convenience stores round the corner, or a My Marker (a bigger supermarket) only 10 minutes walk away, which we found had everything we needed when getting some food in for our stay. The apartment is also above a cafe and a pharmacy. We loved having both balconies to enjoy the sea and watch the sun set/rise. The public transport is easy to navigate too, we had a day in Athens by getting the bus and the train! Overall, a lovely mix of city and sea and by the end of the week we wished we had more time :)

Die Wohnung von Karina entspricht voll der Beschreibung und die Lage ist wirklich wunderschön! Es gibt einen schattigen Stellplatz für das Auto und die großzügige Terrasse spendet den ganzen Tag Schatten und gibt einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer frei. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und schon eingerichtet. Ein paar Gewürze und in der Küche waren noch hilfreich ;-) Handtücher würden zahlreich zur Verfügung gestellt und alles war blitzsauber. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Meer an einem schönen Sandstrand mit einer tollen Strandbar. Im Ort selbst sind mehrere Tavernen und alle weiteren Ausflugsziele der Insel sind in maximal 35 Autominuten zu erreichen. Meine Familie und ich waren sehr froh, hier unsere erste Griechenland Erfahrung zu sammeln!

Marilena est une personne soucieuse de ses voyageurs. Elle met tout en oeuvre pour que l'on passe un bon séjour. Tant dans la communication, les recommandations et la prestation qu'elle offre. Merci aussi aux habitants de nous avoir accueilli toujours avec le sourire. Nous avons pu faire tout ce que l'on souhaitait ( marche, plage, visite d'Athenes, plaisir gustatif, baignade, bain de soleil..).

Our stay here was wonderful! The apartment itself is truly beautiful and very spacious, offering plenty of room to relax. We especially enjoyed the impressive, large balcony, which was a great spot for morning coffee and evening unwinding. Being so incredibly close to the beach was a huge bonus – we could walk there in minutes! All in all, everything about our experience was superb, and we highly recommend it.

Short distance to the supermarket and the beach. We really appreciated the flexibility around checking in and out. Without hesitation, Panos even helped us out with driving us to the airport as we couldn’t get hold of an Uber. Thank you for everything! I hope we’ll be back some day :-)

We had a fabulous stay at Nasos’s villa! Everything we needed for a peaceful, adult family holiday was provided from start to finish. The setting was quiet, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing, a perfect escape if you’re looking to get away from it all. We hardly even felt the need to visit the beach because the pool and outdoor space were so inviting. The hammock was especially popular. We also appreciated the thoughtful little treats left for us by the housekeepers upon arrival, such a warm welcome! Nasos was a fantastic host. He personally dropped off grocery essentials at the start of our stay and was attentive and helpful throughout, even assisting us with arranging transfers from Athens since we chose not to rent a car. Thank you so much, Nasos—it was truly lovely to meet you. We’d be more than happy to stay again in the future. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, Nasos!

We had a one night stay due the ideal location close to the airport. Fantastic facilities and perfect hosts, highly recommend this place!

We stayed a week and enjoyed our time at Thanos's house thoroughly. The house is older but has everything you need and the outdoor area with pool was a lifesaver on the hot days. The house is in a mountainous area and car is necessary to get around. Thanos was very responsive and had great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

A pretty, peaceful, private garden apartment with a spectacular view of the bright blue water and nearby islands. The house sits at the end of the road, and this little studio and connected garden face the hill and sea with no houses beyond, so it feels secluded but not isolated. Comfortable lounge seating inside, in the garden, and by the pool. The pool is shared but I was usually alone. All outdoor areas come with spectacular views! A clean and useful little kitchen with a clothes washer. AC works great. Also a ceiling fan. Thoughtfully decorated. 10 minute walk to grocery stores restaurants, clothing shops, bakery, seaside bar/restaurants with cabana sunbeds. A local hike to a temple with a 360 degree view of the island and sea. Extremely accommodating and responsive hosts. They picked me up from the ferry and when I mentioned my bed was a little too firm for me they found me a mattress topper to make it perfect! They live on site but were very respectful of my space. An oasis!

Absolutely beautiful home. Breathtaking. The pictures, although lovely, do not do this place justice, it is amazing. Don't think twice, just book it! So much space for my 2 boys to move around, and the pook and hot tub were great, along with the views! Cant say enough about this home, I look forward to returning. Host was super accomodating and gave great recommendations. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Greece! The place was extremely clean, neat, and thoughtfully prepared. It had everything we needed and more — from a drying rack for our clothes to a beach basket, pool and beach towels, and even essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the basics, making it easy to cook and feel right at home. The host truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I also accidentally left my Apple Watch behind, and he has been incredibly kind and responsive, working with me to help get it back. That kind of care and honesty means so much when you’re traveling. We felt so well taken care of during our stay and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

We had the most wonderful stay at Maria's villa for our family vacation. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk from fantastic restaurants, two grocery stores, and two bakeries, which made everything incredibly convenient. But the true highlight was the breathtaking view of the sea, which we enjoyed every single day. The villa itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home. Maria was incredibly generous, leaving us a lovely welcome basket filled with goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch. Jimmy was outstanding—he met us at the port, helped us organize taxis, and shared great local recommendations. He also kept us updated with anything we needed to know, including local news like power or water outages, which was really helpful and reassuring. We would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, and comfortable stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Cute, comfortable, clean, and new! I loved the renovated building. Everything is new and up to date. It’s the perfect apartment in Pireaus. I would love to stay again.

Sailing on Constantino's boat was wonderful. He was very communicative as we planned our trip. When we got on the boat, Vicillas was our captain, and he was incredibly kind and helpful as we were on our trip. We chose to go in late March as that is when our Spring Break was, and it was a little chilly/cloudy for the trip. The couple of days that we had sunshine were glorious, but in hindsight I would recommend going when the weather is a bit warmer. Also, I would have also researched the options for ports a bit more. Vicillas was very collaborative and would have taken our input on where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. It being early in the season, there were a couple of spots we likely would have shifted as much of the town was closed. All in, it was a great trip that our family would do again.

Lia et son mari sont des hôtes de qualité qui ont su nous donner toutes les informations et conseils en amont pour préparer notre séjour. Un grand merci à eux.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement est très bien situé, face à ma mer et proche de toutes les commodités. Il est grand, spacieux, propre et bien équipé. L’hôte a été très réactive et flexible notamment pour le Check in et out. Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse !

Very nice place to stay, everything was described perfectly and the pictures right on. Very safe neighborhood, I walked to the local beach bars, no problems getting back late at night.

Penny’s place is super clean and well taken care of. The Airbnb is located in a very nice village, walking distance from a nice beach and from the center of the village, restaurants and supermarket. Penny is an extraordinary host and super friendly. She really cares about her guests and will make sure they feel at home and welcome. She leaves also some treats from the island and water, which is really appreciated! I would recommend Penny and her place to everyone!

Lucas was an amazing host. He was very helpful with his suggestions. The location was amazing right across the street from the water close to lots of restaurants and stuff to do highly recommend staying here if you’re on the Greek Riviera, you won’t regret it..
