Modern, sunny studio with full kitchen and queen size bed. Leather lounge and dining area. Bathroom with shower. Charming courtyard for morning tea. We are a two minute walk through a little lane to the Marina. Lemon Tree Passage is a hidden treasure with cafes, a French restaurant, fishing tackle shop, butcher, pharmacist, Emporium, bottle shop, medical centre, hairdresser and last but certainly not least a gin bar. Parking is behind locked gates, you will be using a remote to enter/exit.

Located in a boutique block, this apartment is only 600m to Nelson Bay marina, shops, bars, cafes & restaurants. It has magnificent beach views and only a 2 min walk to Fly Point Beach.
