In a very quiet location, but only 3 scooter minutes from Pra Ae with a great beach. The apartment has HIGHSPEED WIFI, a bedroom (king size bed) and kitchen, large living room and large private terrace. The living area is about 60 m² and 50 m² terrace.

Due to the hillside location, renting a scooter is recommended to easily get around and explore the area.

Samalanta House is a family-sized house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the building and 1 more toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-meter long dining table. There is air conditioning in every room. Fully equipped with amenities. There is a balcony around the house. The house is in a good location, quiet and suitable for relaxing and working. Not far from the beach. You can walk to the beach in just 15 minutes. Close to restaurants, convenience stores, gym.
