Riya is the best host, always very responsive, was in touch and answered any questions. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a long stay. Good internet. There are changeable towels, the right utensils for cooking and all appliances. I recommend this apartment for booking.

We stayed with our family for 9 days in this apartment. We liked the place, everything in general is in line with the description and photos. In fact, the apartment is a little smaller than it looks in the photos. The sofa is sliding, designed for a person of low height. My daughter was 168 cm tall and slept diagonally. The hostess Evgenia is very responsive, promptly answered my questions. It should be borne in mind that staying in an apartment in this condominium does not involve free use of the transfer to Boat avenue and to the beach. This service is available free of charge only to guests of the hotel (who directly rents a room from Diamond resort ). But this is not a problem, as you can walk to the beach in 10-15 minutes and there is always a tuk tuk nearby. It can be much cheaper to get there. Also at check-in or check-out, if you want to leave your suitcases at the reception, you will have to pay 300 baht. Free for hotel guests only. I recommend this apartment, we had a good time here.

A beautiful apartment in a large hotel complex overlooking the countryside. Especially the roof terrace with pool is a real highlight. Everything is a few minutes away on foot.

Great place to stay when in bang Tao

Great stay, was exactly as pictured and staff were very helpful. The hotel offered a free shuttle to and from the beach which we used every day!

we had a nice stay at the Appartement. It has a lot storage room so you can unpack all your bags and it is definitly good for a long time stay. Every room has an aircondition and big TVs with netflix. Unfortunately the cleaning Lady seemed to have a bad day before our arrival because there was dust in almost all corners of every room and the drawers/closets were dusty (so Inhad to Clean it before putting our clean cloths in it) and there was hair in the bathroom and one the toilet. For our Kids (3 and 6years) it was too far to walk to the beach because it was too hot and they are lazy and there are no sidewalks 😅. adults can walk to the beach. we usually took a Taxi which was Like 200baht. there are 2 Pools and 2 gyms in the condo which are great and we had a Lot of fun in the Pool😄. there is a Restaurant in the complex which is Open Till 5 or 5:30pm where you can get breakfast, ice cream and Thai food. the 7 eleven is only a 5min walk away 👍🏻

Everything was just great! The apartment was very clean! The kitchen had everything you need, the balcony has a washing machine and a drying rack. The territory of the complex is simply beautiful: a lot of swimming pools, parking (there were always free spaces), security. The location is just super! The beach is 7 minutes by bike, 7/11 and WeCafe - 1 minute by bike. The condominium is completely new, clean, well-maintained. The only downside is that the condo does not have a luggage storage room. If check out is at 12pm and departure is at 9pm, it is necessary to be with luggage all this time. At the reception, even for the money, they didn't want to look after the suitcases. But we left at our own risk and walked for 2 hours)

We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks. The location is perfect for such a period. If we would have stayed for a longer period, of course, the apartment should look for a bigger one. Overall it was great, clean cozy, lots of cool places in the neighborhood. In general, if you want to spend an unforgettable time in a place to eat this is what you need. Be immediately ready for the fact that 90% of your neighbors will be Russian-speaking)))

Wonderful 5 star stay in the Condo on my own. The apartment was nice and clean. Check in with Gibbs was easy. She is lovely! It was great that I could use the Diamond Resort pool. There was a shuttle to Boat Avenue (supermarket and restaurants) and Bang Tao beach. There tuk tuk stand is right outside the resort too. It was easy communicating with Davide and the group. Davide was quick at helping me. I will be back again, I enjoyed my stay there.

We had a great stay at Taweechai’s place! The location was perfect — surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops, yet the condo complex felt very private and secure. The apartment itself was stylish, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was also very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Rawai Villas and felt completely at home! The house is stylishly furnished, very clean, and the private pool is truly a highlight. The cleaning service twice a week was a big plus – everything was always spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV, which made our stay very comfortable. The house is a little older, and some small updates could be made, but that’s really just nitpicking on a very high level. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would love to come back. Victor was a great host – responsive, helpful, and welcoming.

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!
