Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

The cottage includes a kitchen area, dining room, a double bed, a small bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom-WC, sunny terrace. We are close to the Cathar Castles, the Medieval City of Carcassonne, the Village du Livre de Montolieu and a stone's throw from the sea.
